{29} It's Worth A Shot

3rd Person POV

At the animal clinic, Sheriff came to Scott patting him on the shoulder giving him some comfort

Sheriff said, "All right, we're going to do everything we can. Right now, the best thing that you could do is go back to school."

Scott nodded then he looked at Stiles nodding his head to the cat room

Scott walked over to the cat room and tried to open it

"It's locked." Scott said looking at Stiles

Stiles noticed the keys on the table and handed it over to Scott

Scott finally opens the door then notices Kyra on the ground shaking

"Kyra. Oh my God." Stiles said kneeling down to her cradling her

Stiles said looking at her, "Kyra, hey look at me. Open your eyes. Kyra."

Kyra groans opening her eyes and said, "Batman. What happened?"

"Deaton got taken and we found you in here." Stiles responded then kissed her on the forehead

"Where is he?" Kyra asked then Stiles replied, "We don't know yet."

"What happened to you?" Stiles asked Kyra as Scott knelt down next to them

"All I remember was that Deaton tossed me in here and put the kanima venom in my system. He said that he wanted to protect me." Kyra responded not able to move

Stiles asked, "Can you move? Like at all?"

Kyra shook her head and said, "I have an idea but you can't be in here."

"Why? What's your idea?" Scott asked looking at them

"I need you to break my arm." Kyra said looking at Scott

Stiles commented, "Are you out of your mind?"

"It'll trigger the healing process. I need to heal faster so that I could find Deaton." Kyra said looking at both Scott and Stiles

Kyra asked, "Please? Stiles, I need to do this. For Deaton."

Stiles sighed then nodded. He looks at Scott and said, "Do it."

Stiles holds onto her hand as Kyra looks at Scott giving him a nod

Kyra looks at Stiles then Scott breaks her arm

She screamed with her mouth closed so that the police wouldn't hear

Tears started to roll down her eyes as she felt the blood come out of her arm

Scott removed his hands out then asked, "Kyra? You okay?"

"No." Kyra replied back then continued, "I'll be okay. I could feel it healing."

Kyra looks at Scott and says, "I'm okay. Thanks, Scott."

Scott slowly nodded his head then the wound healed quickly

Kyra looks at the wound and says, "That's the first."

Kyra slowly gets up with the help of both Scott and Stiles

Kyra asked, "So what did I miss?"

Scott replied, "Stiles, we have to tell your dad."

"Wait, you mean tell him, tell him." Kyra responded looking at both Scott and Stiles

Stiles added, "Or tell him something else that isn't telling him what I think you want to tell him?"

"You guys know what I mean." Scott replied back
