Sneak Peek to Fourth Book: Break Free

3rd Person POV

Kyra and Scott both opened their eyes and looked around noticing they were in a room at Eichen House.

"What the hell?" Kyra said to herself then she looks at the restraints on her body including her arms and legs

They were both laying on separate beds next to each other, Kyra looks at Scott next to her with her eyes widen.

They both tried to get out from their ropes until Kyra screamed in pain feeling that it was vervain on her wrists and her ankles

"Vervain!" Kyra screamed at Scott. "Oh God!"

Kyra took deep breaths and looked at Scott saying, "You have got to be kidding me."

"What do you mean?" Scott asked back as he looked back at Kyra

Kyra rolled her eyes then said, "Scott, in case you forgot, we're both Alphas and you tell me you can't use your supernatural strength."

"You can't even use your supernatural strength." Scott said back

Kyra argued, "Obviously, these ropes have vervain on it, Scott."

"We're in their heads, Kyra." Scott replied back

Kyra responded, "That doesn't matter. We're supernatural creatures with supernatural strength, remember? We're Alphas, for crying out loud."

She said to him, "Break Free."

Scott looks back up at the ceiling focusing on his strength. He got one of the ropes out then looked at Kyra as she sighed in relief

Finally, he got out of his restraints then he went over to help Kyra. She got up groaning in pain rubbing her wrists.

"What now?" Scott asked curiously

Kyra replied looking around then back at him, "I don't know. For my 200 years, I have never been in someone's head before, literally. They should've told us more."

Scott sighs then said to her, "Stay close."

Kyra nods her head staying near Scott. He opened the door then walked out, looking back at her.

The door slams shut making Kyra try opening the door

Kyra bangs on the door using her strength calling out, "Scott! Scott, can you hear me?! Scott!"

She slowly turns her head as she heard quietly, "Honey, what do you think about this?"

Kyra walked to the window slowly as she heard the voice become louder and the window from the outside became lighter, and more daytime.
