{42} How to Love Again

3rd Person POV

Kyra got the keys to Stiles's jeep, sitting in the driver's seat and while Stiles was in the passenger's seat

"Kyra, you okay?" Stiles asked as Kyra started driving

Kyra sighed saying, "I mean, it's not the first time, I'm wanted. But from a Darach, that's kind of scary."

"Wait, you were wanted before? Like most wanted, type of thing." Stiles asked looking at her

"The first time, I was wanted, it was when I left Beacon Hills." Kyra said looking back at Stiles

"Where did you go anyway? After you left Beacon Hills." Stiles asked her

Kyra said looking at him then back at the road, "Bulgaria."

Flashback:

After they left Beacon Hills, they made their way to Bulgaria.

"Are we almost there yet?" Kyra asked walking up the hill

Cole chuckled said, "Why you tired?"

"Are you making fun of me?" Kyra asked then Cole replied, "Maybe."

"How come we can't just use our speed?" Kyra asked

Cole responded looking at her, "We're almost there."

Kyra rolls her eyes walking, even more, holding her duffle bag

Cole then said as Kyra looked around at the village, "Here we are. Welcome, to Melnik, Bulgaria."

"It's beautiful, Dad." Kyra said looking around

She looked back at her father as he said, "This is where we're going to be staying for a while."

"Okay, as long as we're together, right?" Kyra asked then Cole replied, "Yea, I promise."

A lady walked up to them saying, "Cole, is that you?"

Cole smiled at her saying, "I can't believe you don't remember me, Mira."

"Wow, Cole, still the same annoying little brother." Mira responded

Cole said to her, "Mira, meet my first daughter, Kyra. Kyra, this is your aunt Mira."

"Kyra?" Mira asked then looked at Cole. "This is Kyra?"

Kyra shyly smiled saying, "Hi, I'm Kyra."

Mira shakes her hand getting an image about Kyra in the future

She quickly lets go and says, "Sorry, I just thought of something."

"Mira." Cole said looking at her

"Nothing, it's nothing." Mira quickly responded

Mira then said, "Come on, I got to show you your room, Kyra."

Kyra follows Mira then asked, "Have we met before?"

"No, we haven't. Which is pretty shocking if you ask me." Mira responds opening a cabin door

She says, "This is your room. Oh, and you don't have to be invited in."

"You know, I'm a vampire?" Kyra asked putting down her duffle bag

Mira replied, "Honey, you wouldn't be here right now if you're human. And besides, your dad brought you here."

"Oh, I forgot. Here are some clothes for you to wear. You have to adapt to your environment." Mira said handing her some clothes
