The next morning, Kyra was waiting in the kitchen at Javier's place.
Javier opens the front door then turns and sees Kyra sitting on the chair by the table.
Javier locks his door and then walks over to her
Kyra asked looking at Javier, "Where have you been?"
Javier removes his jacket and hangs it and replies, "Do I have to inform you where I'm going?"
"Yes, especially since you're connected to the on-call doctor that was missing. Did you have anything to do with her being missing?" Kyra asked crossing her arms
"Are you seriously accusing me of murder?" Javier asked
Kyra replied, "Just answer my question."
"I didn't murder her. Yes, I feed on her but that's it. I already told the police everything that I know about Dr. Hilyard. You don't have to question me anymore." Javier responded
"I'm just curious." Kyra replied back
Javier asked, "Why are you curious? Are you suspicious of me?"
"I just...I have a hard time trusting people. I was just wondering about where your loyalties are." Kyra said looking at Javier
"Kyra, I wouldn't do anything that would risk your life or mine." Javier said then continued, "I hope you could understand that everything that I've done, was to gain your trust."
"Trust needs to be earned, Javier." Kyra said to him
Javier asked, "Why are you here anyway?"
"I just wanted to make sure you're okay." Kyra responded then left to go to the animal clinic
Walking into the animal clinic, Kyra walks in and sees Deaton organizing his shelves
"Hey, Deaton. " Kyra greeted then Deaton replied looking at her, "Hello."
"What are you doing?" Kyra asked curiously
Deaton replied, "Just fixing some things before opening."
Deaton asked Kyra, "Can you do me a favor?"
"Sure, what do you need help with?" Kyra responded
Deaton said, "Just go to the cat clinic and get me a bottle."
"Okay." Kyra said still confused
She walks over to the cat clinic then Deaton inserted a syringe into Kyra's neck
Deaton pushes her inside of the room and locks the door
Kyra felt paralyzed the waist down then Kyra yelled, "Deaton! What are you doing?!"
