"CasCasCasCasCas!!!!" Dean ran into the dorm room with an excited grin, bright green eyes wide.

Cas looked at his friend warily, slightly afraid of what could get Dean this happy. God knows it wasn't Cas. He couldn't even make himself happy.

"Yes?" Cas questioned, putting his anatomy book down.

"You have to go to the party with me! It's gonna be amazing, Lisa promises there'll be booze, and all of your friends said they would come." Dean burst out, jumping onto the bed and sitting in front of Cas, practically wiggling with anticipation. He reminded Cas of a puppy.

"No. No way, I am not a party person." Cas declined. Deans smile shrunk.

"You have to come." Dean whined, flooding down and resting his head on Cas' lap.

Cas felt his breath hitch as Dean situated himself into a comfortable position and closed his eyes. His long fingers clenched themselves around the bedsheets in a desperate attempt to stop himself from running his fingers through the sandy hair that rested upon his tan coat. Dean opened his blinding green eyes and pouted. Cas bit his chapped lip to prevent him from biting Dean's.

"Please." Dean pleaded. Cas shook his head.

"Pretty please." Dean batted his ridiculously nice eyelashes. Like, seriously, nobody should have that perfect eyelashes. It was unnatural. One might even say it was..... supernatural.

"Pretty please with sugar on top?" Dean begged. Cas shook his head again.

"Why not? Parties are fun, please, just once go to one. With me?" Dean whined, pouting, batting, and pleading, the whole 9 yards. Cas relented.

"Fine." He scoffed. Dean grinned again and shot up.

"Yayyayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayyayayayay!!!!!!" Dean cried, practically jumping up and down.

"On one condition." Cas continued. Dean stopped jumping and pouted. Cas swallowed.

"What?" Dean asked, sitting down across from Cas.

"You can't leave me. This is my first party that I actually think might go well, so please, please don't leave me. Stay with me during the party. I'm sorry if you feel like that'll be a burden, I can stay behind, but I am not going alone." Cas muttered, looking down, ashamed. Dean smiled at him and ducked his head under Cas'.

"I promise I won't leave you." Dean reassured.

"Pinky promise?" Cas blushed, raising his pristine finger and nail.

"Pinky promise." Dean promised, raising his own short nailed slightly dirty hand.

Their pinkies linked and Cas did his best not to stare into Dean's turtle shell eyes.

He failed.

The music was loud and terrible, the booze was cheap but plentiful, and Cas could've sworn that what people were doing no longer qualified as dancing.

He was awkwardly standing in the kitchen, avoiding people and sipping on a can of ginger ale.

Dean had done exactly what Cas had promised he wouldn't.

He'd left.

They'd entered the party, and within 10 minutes, Dean was drunk and had left Cas to fend for himself.

"Cas!"

Cas looked up to see his name being called by Nikki, Garth and Kevin trailing behind her, looking quite out of place. Cas allowed a small smile to slip through at the sight of his friends.
