I woke up and my core was on fire. I try sitting up but I can't. I open my eyes to a glowing leo. He is sitting on my core and looks like he's healing me.

"Careful. He's healing your punctures. He has the ability to heal wounds but you need to be still." Catlin says and I lie my head back down. I focus on breathing evenly. I feel a sharp pain in my side and I flinch because of it.

"Thank you." She said out of the blue.

"For what?" I ask already knowing the answer but I want to be the jackass and want her to say it.

"You saved my life. If it wasn't for you I would be dead or lying there." She said gesturing towards me. I nod and leaned back and relax to the sound of the wind blowing past my ear and through the trees.

At that moment I noticed we were still in the forest. I look around and see Drake and Oliver asleep on the ground. I look up and see it's the middle of the day.

"Why are they asleep now it's only the middle of the day?" I ask Catlin.

"They have watch tonight." She told me. I nod and look down at my stomach Leo was lying on my stomach panting. He was tired from using his energy to heal me. He fell asleep on my stomach and I sat up. My core was sore but it was manageable.

"Go ahead get some sleep." I told her, seeing as she has bags under her eyes. She smiled and laid down where I was just laying. I stood up and walked over to a tree where I could climb to keep watch. I know I shouldn't climb but I miss doing it so I'm going to. I climb the tree and take it easy as I feel my muscles tense and strain when I use them to climb. One I got to the top I looked out on the forest floor.

"Wish upon the life below,
And listen to the wolf bellow.
He stands big and tall,
but soon the Alpha shall fall.

Once he fell,
we could tell.
Sorrow began to fill,
but anger told us to kill.

We ran,
in a clan.
Once we where there,
We decided to bare.

The blood of our enemy.
Which lead to me."

I sang the song my pack sang on the day my grandfather died and my father became Alpha. It was about when a rival pack attacked us and killed him. So we ran out and hunted each one down. I was too young at the time so my father went out and killed them.

"Nice song." I hear a voice say from behind the tree. I jump a little and look down to see Oliver. Odd.

"Yeah, it was my pack song for the Alpha when he died." I say as I pick the bark of the tree.

"Oh, so why are you singing it." He asked while walking over to a rock.

"Because the tune is catchy." I say sarcastically. He glares at me and I smile a satisfied smile. And continued to watch.

"Well okay, jackass. I came out here to see if you died but it looks like your, you're same annoying self so good bye." He says. I snickered and continued to watch. I saw the sun going down and the darkness was creeping up to the tree. I slid down the tree to the ground and winced at the shock of pain going through me.

I walked over to where the group was and I saw Catlin playing with Zaza and Leo, Drake was keeping watch, and poor Oliver trying to set a fire. I started to laugh at his failed attempts. I walked over and stood there until he said something.

"Can I help you?" He grumbled out. I smiled and said, "Need a hand?" As I looked at his metallic hand and smiled even bigger. He knew I was making fun of him and he made a remark back.

"No, but I think I your humor just ran that way.You better go get it, doggy." He said and I glare at him.

"Well, at lease I have the upper hand when it comes to humor." I say and I watch him throw the two sticks down and stand up. He steps over the pile of dead leaves and sticks and come to stand right in front of me. I stand a good foot higher so he has to look up at me.

"Listen here whisker's, I don't care who you are and I just want to get this over with so I never have to see you slobber face again." He said and I roll my eyes. What ever. Im not that bad.

I wave him off and walk towards the fire. I pull a piece of Flint out of my pocket and got a knife and I scraped the Flint really fast with my knife and sparks where seen. The fire slowly grew and I stood up, brushed off the extra dirt off and walked away. But before I walked away I made sure I saw the surprised look on Oliver's face and the rest of the group. I walked over to a tree and climbed it. I rest my back against the trunk and dangle one leg off the branch and the other one straight out in front of me. I look up and see a clear sky with two bright moons. The stars twinkle in the sky and I hear buzzing from behind me. I turn my head to a glowing blue Leo. I hold out my hand and he lands. He rubs his head on my thumb and I feel him vibrate on my palm.

I bring my hand to my pocket and he crawls in. I lean my head back and watch the group. Drake and Catlin are asleep which should me Oliver is on watch. I lay my head back more relaxed and shut my eyes. I listen to the quiet forest and let the darkness consume me.

The next morning I woke up and saw that everyone was asleep. Even Oliver. I slid down the trunk of the tree and came over to the group and looked at everyone. I then got a great idea.

I shouldn't. But I could. But they would be pissed. But who cares it'll be fun. I lift my head up and let out a world rattling howl and everyone jumped up and Drake rushed for his weapon. I dropped to the floor laughing my ass off at how funny it was. They all gave me a glare and I smiled innocently at them all. We gathered our stuff and headed on the path to the town I came too.

A few hours later
When we got to the town everyone was cheering. What? I brushed it off. We kept walking and that's when three soldiers stepped in front of Oliver who was right behind me. Drake stepped forward but a guy in a suit with shiny badges stepped forward and told him to stay put.

The three guys started to yell at Oliver that some of the horses they rode were breaking down in the middle of a jump. I see Oliver roll his eye. The soldier saw this too and grabbed Oliver by the shirt. Okay, that's when I snapped. I stepped forward and grabbed the soldier by the shirt with one hand and held him about a foot in the air. He had fear on his face and the other two reached for thier guns. I pulled mine out with my free hand and pointed in at both of them. They stopped and I glared at the man I held.

"You will never do that again. Am I understood." I growl lowly to him. He nods quickly and I drop him. The two other soldiers rushed to him and helped him up. I put my gun away and turned to Oliver. I don't know why I rushed to his aid but I felt though it was my job to.

"Thank you Tyroon." He said smiling.

"No, problem. I mean I need some way to get you to fix my ship." I say to him and his great ful smile disappeared.

"What do you mean, I have to fix your ship."

"Well, I helped you, you help me. Then were even." I say using my fingers to point at me the at him and vise versa.

"Fair enough. Show the way."
