Tyroon "Nightmare" is a bandit who is also a bounty hunter. But his story wasn't always like this. He was the runt in his family but he was the Alpha's son so he was put through hell and back. But when it came down he loved them till the end of time...
I open both doors to the temple and a rush of dust hits my face. I cough and turn away from the dust.
Once it clears up I examine the temple. Leo is behind me doing the same and I see a large shrine in the middle of the temple. It's of a women and she has a knife in one hand and a flower in there other hand. At the bottom of the shrine it says something in the native language of the Vardumions.
"There are two sides in life, the knife and the flower. Your choice will either have life or death consequences. Hmm... Inspiring" I say to myself and to leo who is admiring the jewels and coin people left for the alter. I step over to the gems and coin and grab a few. I pocket most of it and continued to search for this gem I am supposed to bring back to the she elf. I walk around and then I see it.
A huge pile of gold and gems. And at the top is a black stone with a glaze upon it. That must be the stone. I step over to the stone and after pocketing some of the gold I pick up the stone. I stand there looking at the rock and laugh.
This is what she is paying 15,000,000 drakes for man she must be stupid. I toss the rock up and catch it with one hand. But once I do that the rock shocks me. I stop and watch the rock. Okay that was weird. I keep a firm grip and then I everything goes black.
I wake up in a cave. I look around and the cave is empty. I stand up and my shoulder burns. I take off my jacket and throw off my shirt and see a rune. The rune was glowing orange and when I went to touch it a loud growl was heard. I jumped back as I saw a beast emerge from the shadows. He had red eyes and black skin.

He looked at me and watched me. He was a good ten feet bigger than me and I watched him. I saw something glowing on his chest and I saw the rune for fire on his chest. I looked back at my rune and saw Ash.
I looked at him and then the beast spoke.
"I am rune. The Dragon from the dragon stone. I have chosen you, Tyroon, to be the carrier of my spirit." Rune said.
"Wait, what? Chosen. Carrier. Dragon!" I say not understand it as much as I should.
"Yes, and I am forever bound to you and I will protect you for the rest of your life then I will be pass on to your youngest child." He say while he lies down and smoke comes from his nose.
"Wait, so where r we?" I ask looking at him excepting an answer.
"We are in my dwelling in your head." He says to me like it makes complete sense. I nod and turn around. I see the opening of.....My memories. I look around from my birth to my beattings to my life with the bandits. Then my recent memory with Oliver and his friends. I turn back to the dragon and he stands up. The rune on his chest and mine start glowing bright and he raises a large black claw up and he touches my rune.
I gasp at the emence power that went through me then everything goes black again.
I jolt awake and take a deep breath. Leo is in front of me with a questioning face on. I look at the stone that was now cracked. Crap, the she elf is going to be mad. I stand up and pick up the stone. When I walk out the temple with my pockets full of coin I stare at the stairs. I don't want to go through that again.
"Don't worry. I will take us down." Said a voice. I turn around and no one is behind me. I look at leo and my eyes widen.
"Do you talk now?" I ask him. His face scrunches up. He shakes his head.
"Tyroon. It's me Rune." The voice said. My eyes widened and I sigh with relaxation.
"Okay so, what you are in my head now?" I ask as Leo looks at me like I'm crazy. I wave him off.
"Well, technically I was already in your head and just relax your mind and think of nothing. That will give me a gate way to take control and shift to my form." He says. Right just clear my head and I will transform great.
I do as he said and relaxed my brain. Then I feel my mind being pushed back and I feel taller and much much stronger. I open my eyes and see that I can't control my head or hands or anything for that matter.
"No, you can't one you give me control you loose it but I can always give it back if you want." He says. I mentally nod and I see that we began to move. I then remembered about leo.
"Rune we need to get leo." I say to him and I see my eyes move to Leo who is staring at me in fear. I feel confused.
"You know when I shift I become my dragon figure." Rune says.
Rune turns towards a mirror and a giant dragon is shown or at least the dragon I saw in my head. That's really weird to say.
"Rune give me control so I can tell leo." I ask rune. He listens and I feel my mind push forward then I shrink back to my size again. I look in the mirror and see the face again. I turn to a now confused leo.
"Leo, that dragon is me. I am the dragon. We are stuck with Rune for the rest of my life. That's his name by the way. Leo looks at me then at the stone in my hand then back at me and nods. I smile at him.
"Okay rune now how do we get down" I ask him.
"Let me have control and I will fly us to your ship." He says. I do so and give him control. When he gets control he walks to the temple entrance and pushes the door open with his large claw and opens both doors. When he is out he breaths through his nose and smoke comes out of his mouth. Then he spreads his wings out and leaps into the air. We jump a good hundred feet until we start to fall then right as we Al.ost hit the ground his wings caught the air and took us up. He spun in a circle and roar on the way up to the clouds.
Once we got above the clouds he closed his eyes and we started to fall. I could see nothing and that scared the he out of me. When he thought it was time he opened his wings and glided down the way I came. I saw the black creatures and the large gaping hole in the ground from the steps collapsing. Then we came to my pod.
When he landed the ground made a thump sound and dust and pollen went flying. He gave me control and I hopped into the pod. I started her up and we took off to the planet Dire to collect my reward for the dragon stone.

Yay I'm done with the 11th chapter. So I introduce a new character Rune. I think he looks badass in the photo I got but whatever. So do you think the elf will give him the money or not tell me in the comments.
