Time To Escape

Tyroon's POV

After I was told to leave the princesses I waited in the shadow and waited she was heading down a hallway with Dakota. I growl, but I'm happy at how she glares at him. They walk for a while then they turn down another hall. I follow after them but keep a distance. I see them turn and I follow then they stop in front of two large dark wooden doors. I see Dakota's​ face and I want to break that smirk on his face.

She looks terrified but she shielded the look on her face with an emotional face. Dakota opens the door for her and she walks in slowly. He follows her in. I sneak up to the door and I stand next to the door to listen in on what they where saying.

"Hello my dear." A man said that doesn't sound familiar.

"Your highness, what do you need from me today." My mate says in an angelic voice.

"You know what we are doing." He says in a sick voice. I start to feel a little possessive over the fact that he does something with my mate.

"Okay my king." My mate says in just a whisper. I feel my heart rip out of my chest at the sound of her voice. I then hear clothing ruffle.

"My god. Why can't my wife be as gorgeous as you?" He asked and that is the moment I realized that she just undressed in front of the King. And the scum bag of a bastard Dakota.

"So what should we do first my dear. The whip or..." I hear the king say but the last part was so quiet I couldn't hear him.

"My king I subject you do nether." She says in a strong voice. I smile at how strong she sounds.

"And why the hell not, you pathetic witch." He says to her and that is the last straw. I rip both doors open and I look around the place. My mate is standing in just her undergarments and the King has his hand raised to hit my mate. I growl at him and he looks at me a scowl.

Dakota started to walk towards me and when he reached for my arm I grabbed his arm and swung him towards the wall where I knocked him out cold. The king held the princess and held a knife to her neck. Wow what ever shall I do. I sit there and roll my shoulders a few times he smiles at me and I snarl at him.

"What are you doing soldier?!" The king ordered. I snarl and glare at him. I am not going to be order by this fool.

"I am Nightmare. The bandit and I have come for the ultimate treasure." I said and pointed at the princess. She had hurt in her eyes but I ingnore it knowing that I will make her the happiest women in the world.

"Why the hell would you want my beautiful daughter?" He snapped. I growl again and this time much louder. I saw the princess close her eyes and smiled when I did so and I got a wicked smile.

"That is none of your concern your , highness." I say with a sarcastic bow. But when I did such thing I reached for my gun and pulled it out so quickly that no one had time to respond. I aim straight for the Kings forhead and pull the trigger. A loud blast went off and the King dropped to the ground. I let out a small sigh and looked to my mate and see that she is shocked. I rush to her and wrap my arms around her she purrs at the slight touch I give her and I smile. I heard a groan and turned to see it was Dakota. I growled and started for him when my mate grabbed my jacket and held me in place I stopped and relaxed.

"Come on we need to go." I say as I take my jacket off and put it on her.

"Okay, but I must go to my room first." She says and I smile a little.

"Dose her greatness have to pack her things so she can run away?" I say in a husky voice. She come closer and says in my ear, "No I need a few things so we don't get killed." And she pulled back. I felt shivers go all over my body at what she did to me. I nod and she leads the way. We walk for a while going around corners and down halls and up and down stairs we finally come to a door with golden outline designs and a moon and a sun carved in the wood. She opened  the door and shoves me in.

She steps in and shuts the door. I stand right behind her so when she turns around she bumps into me. I smile at her and then wink. I turn away and saw a duffle bag so I pull that out and look through her closet. I see more dresses than I have ever seen. I hear a throat clear and I turn towards the sound.

"Hey, you can get out of my closest I already have a backpack full of things I just needed to get dress and need something else." She said. I see that she is dressed in black leather pants with a white shirt and with a dark brown jacket. She has black work boots and a hood over her head. All I can say is damn she's hot.

"Okay time to go." She says. I nod and she throws the her bag over her shoulder. We sneak out and I follow her to the front. As we walk we stop when we hear voices.

"Don't let them escape!" I hear Dakota yell.

"Wait." I hear mate say. I stop and wait.

"Okay." She says and we start towards the front. But as we get to the front we see Dakota and four other guards. I should have killed him when I had the chance. I growl lowly and I hear her purr. I smile and come close to her ear.

"You know now is not the time to be doing that." I say to her. She smiles and it looks like heaven. I laugh a small laugh and then I slip past her and pull two knives out. I pull my arms up and quick throw both knives and before they knew what happened two guards drop to the ground. Dakota jumps and the other two guards move in front of him.

I pull my pistols out and shoot both guards in the head. They drop and I see fear in Dakota's eyes. I smile and put both guns in my pockets then I switch to two large knives.

I move extremely close to him and as he pulls out his gun I step forward and plunge​ both knives into his stomach. I watch the life leave his eyes and he drops to his knees. I pull the knives out and sheath them. I step back and look over at the princess. She has a shocked look on her face.

"We'll come on. We don't have time, love." I say waving my hand out. We hear yelling and marching coming towards us. I step towards her and grab her hand then she is snapped out of her shock and follows me out the main doors.

We start to run down the main steps and into town. We start to run and I see that she starts to out run me I laugh and pick up the pace. We reach the edge of town and I see the sand drifters. I start to slow down and so does she.

I see that the guy is passed out so I just help myself to the two drifters. I rush over to one and hop on she does the same. Surprising that she did even though we didn't pay for it.

We start the drifters and the roar wakes the store clerk and there are guards rushing after us. We take off and I take lead.

As we rode I hear gun fire and as we get close to my ship a stray bullet hits me in the side. It was just a graze but it hurt like hell. We got to the ship and I bang on the door. The loading Bay opens and we move the drifters in. I rush to the launch bay door button and shut them.

"Key let's get the hell out of here." I yell and the ship starts up and we take off.
