Chapter 6

"Do you want to go to the beach?" Erik asked me when I walked into the kitchen. "Sure let's go to the beach, Landon's first trip." I said. "Like ever?" He asked. "Like ever." I replied. "My first first with our son." He said kissing me. "You sure are excited." I said laughing at him. "Of course I am." He replied kissing Landon's cheek. "Can you get him ready and get everything packed, I'll eat and get ready myself." I said. "Of course babe." He replied before cleaning Landon and then leaving the kitchen area. I ate and got ready for the day then we went to the beach and Landon had a fun time chasing the water and running from it.

When we got to the RV that night Landon was asleep since he was tired from the day so I put him to bed. "Hey Zo?" Erik asked walking into the living room. "What Erik?" I questioned. "I was wondering if we could talk about the wedding." He said. "Of course what's on your mind do you want to wait?" I asked sitting up. "No we can't wait, I'd marry you now if you wanted to." He replied. "Then what is it?" I asked him. "Who should I ask as my best man?" He asked. "Brian maybe?" I suggested. "Who's your maid of honour?" He asked. "Blair and Kennedy." I replied. "Your cousins." He said. "Yeah and then I have Joe John Hunter and Landon walking me down the aisle but that may be too much." I replied.

"Why doesn't John Hunter walk down with the twins and then have Gabriel in the wedding as the ring bearer go down with then, then Joe and Landon can walk you down the isle." He said. "Ok, yeah that works I mean if you want." I replied. "Now that is answered let's go to bed I know the twins are making you tired." He said pulling me up with him. "Yeah especially after today." I said when I got into bed I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The next day I felt extra tired so I stayed in bed while Erik took Landon out with him for the day. "Mommy you ok?" Landon asked getting onto the bed. "Yeah mommy's just tired." I replied while he hugged my stomach.

"Hi Te-a hi Ro." He said to them. "Mommy they aren't kicking." He then said looking at me. "They are sleeping so they can grow and come out strong and healthy like you." I told him. "Oh ok." He replied kissing my cheek then getting off the bed and leaving the room. "Hey Zo." Erik said sitting beside me. "They haven't been kicking at all today." I told him. "Should we go to the hospital?" He asked. "Maybe I'm afraid but it also may be nothing." I replied before he walked out of the room texting someone and I slowly got up and went outside and when Daniel came we left. "The twins are fine." The doctor told us when he came in after waiting. "Thank goodness." I said smiling.

"I'm not exactly sure what's going on but they are fine." He told us. "Not exactly sure what's going on?" I asked. "They should be moving and you should be able to feel them but nothing's happening." He told us. "But they are healthy and alive?" Erik asked. "Yes." He replied. "Thank you." I said before we left. "The twins are giving me a hard time with this pregnancy, I only had one bad dream when I was carrying Landon. "I know baby, and I don't know what we can do." He said. "Me neither." I replied before looking out the window. "So?" Daniel asked when we walked in. "Healthy babies." I replied. "Good, I got Landon to sleep." He said.

"Oh thank you Daniel." I said. "Anything for you two." He replied before he left and I went to go change. "Hey Zo." Erik said walking into our room. "Do you really need to wear pants?" He asked. "Yeah I'm not walking out of this place without." I replied looking at him. "Then how are you going to put pants on?" He asked. "I don't know." I said. "Well I mean we could go out and get you dresses." He said. "Do they have cute dresses?" I asked. "I don't know let's look." He said before leaving the bedroom and I finally got changed then he came back in with the laptop and we looked at maternity dresses and I got ten I really liked. "Just the last weekend to wear pants." I said. "With the twins that's a good thing, what about skirts?" He asked. "The dresses are fine." I told him before going to sleep.

"I got it she's fine yeah the twins are doing good." I heard Erik say when I woke up. "Erik who's that?" I asked. "She's awake hold on." He said into the phone. "It's Brian." He replied before going back to talking to him. "So will you come?" He asked then waited. "Of course I got everything under control." He then said then waited again. "Alright I'll see you then." He said before hanging up. "Are you bringing him here so you can ask him?" I asked. "Yeah I want to ask him in person." He replied. "We should talk to Joe JH and Landon about what we want to do and then ask Daniel and Hayley if we can have Gabriel in the wedding too." I said. "Oh yeah we still need to talk to everyone." Erik said.

"Hey Daniel is Hayley here?" I asked when we met up. "Well she'll be here with Gabriel for the race." He replied. "We were wondering if maybe Gabriel could be the ring bearer?" I asked. "Of course he can, what is Landon doing?" He asked. "We are having the wedding after the twins get here so the twins will be the flower girls and we want Gabriel to be the ring bearer then they will be going down with John Hunter, and then Landon and my uncle Joe are going to walk me down the isle." I told him. "And I want you to be a groomsman, my best friend back home is going to be my best man, he found a place to stay closer to when things should start happening." Erik told him. "Yeah I'll be a grooms man, what about Hayley?" He asked. "I know she's Erik's ex but I want to invite her to the wedding because she's also Gabriel's mother." I said. "Yeah sure she can come I am marrying you." Erik said.
