Chapter 18

"Are you sure I should bring the twins up top?" I asked. "Yeah." Chris replied. "Will there be room?" I asked. "Maybe not with everyone, but with the crew they would be safer up here." He replied. We were currently waiting for pre race stuff to start and the drivers to come back. "Yeah you're right I'm all about keeping my babies safe." I replied as Erik came back and crouched down to see the girls. "Aren't they cute?" I asked looking at them. "Of course pretty, they look like their mommy, so so so beautiful." He said standing up and hugging me. "Hey Carol how would you like to hold one of the girls during the race?" I asked as Erik took Rosealind out of her carrier and I took Teanna out of hers.

"Who's twins?" Jamie asked walking up to us. "Ours." I replied turning around. "Awe so cute, you finally had them what are there names?" She asked. "This is Teanna and Erik has Rosealind." I told her. "When where they born?" She asked. "Wednesday." Erik replied. "Can we do an interview?" She asked. "Of course." Erik replied. "We are here with Erik Jones and his family got a little bigger this week." Jamie started. "That's right our family of three turned into a family of five on Wednesday, Zoey gave birth to Teanna and Rosealind Jones, two healthy baby girls, and thankfully Landon is fine with them, he actually picked out their outfits." Erik said. "He's a good big brother already aren't you Landon?" She asked him. "Ya, Te-a and Ro cry at night." He said. "A lot?" She asked. "Ya." He replied.

She then questioned Erik about the race then went to interview other drivers. Carol and Lindsey brought the baby carriers to the pit box and sat them by the ladder then came back and pre race ceremonies started. "Good luck, get a win for your dad and the rest of us." I said kissing Erik. "Uck daddy." Landon said hugging his leg. Erik hugged Carol and Lindsay then handed Rosealind to his mom after kissing her head then picked up Landon kissed his forehead then put him down and kissed Teanna's head then got into his car and we all went to the pit box and got up, Carol and me with the twins and Lindsay had Landon. "Let's go get a win today." Chris said as Lindsey sat beside him with Landon so Carol and I sat beside each other.

"Atoom." Landon said halfway through the race. "Lindsey he has to go to the bathroom." I told her. "We will be right back." She replied taking Landon to Erik's hauler most likely. "Mommy." Landon said getting up on my lap. "Be careful." I said making sure he didn't hurt Teanna. "Ok mommy." He replied. "Hi baby." He said kissing Teanna's head then turned to Rosealind and did the same thing. "He's just like Erik when Lindsey was born." Carol said. "For now." I replied wrapping an arm around Landon and kissing the top of his head. "Mommy, look at daddy." Landon said pointing to Erik during a pit stop. "Yeah look at his crew, are you going to be a driver or a crew member?" I asked him. "Driver." He replied. "So should we put you in a go cart when you can drive one?" I asked. "Ya." He replied.

"Erik's going to end up P13." Chris told us. "That may not be a top ten but it's still good, especially after twins being born." I said. We all got off the pit box and Carol handed me Rosealind and we went to pit road to see Erik. Carol and Lindsey stood back for now so we could see Erik. "Hey Erik, you did good." I said giving him Teanna. "Come here Lan." He said picking Landon up being careful of the baby. "Come on lets go home." Erik said walking to his mom and sister. "Good idea." I replied following him. When we got to his moms house we packed everything and loaded the van. Then loaded the kids into the van after Carol and Lindsay said bye to them then we said bye and we were on our way home.

"Zo we are finally home." Erik said shaking me. "Are we going to Joe's house?" I asked. "It's five in the morning Zo." He replied. "Oh yeah ok, you get the twins I'll get Landon." I said and that's what we did, I put Landon in bed after changing him then we put the twins to bed and fell asleep. "Mommy, daddy." Landon's voice said. "What baby boy?" I asked. "I can't sleep." He said. "Well come here Lan." I said before Rosealind started to cry. "Stay in bed with daddy." I said before taking care of Rosealind then getting back into bed with Erik and Landon then we all fell asleep. "Landon, do you want to go show Joe and Andrea Te-a and Ro?" I asked him when we all woke up.

"Yeah." He said running into their room. "What are you doing?" I asked walking into their room. "Te-a Ro need change." He replied. "So you're picking out their outfits?" I asked. "Ya." He replied opening Teanna's drawer then Rosealind's drawer. "Here mommy, now I go pick mine." He said handing me their outfits. "Thank you Landon." I replied going to change the twins and get their diaper bag ready for the day. After Landon was changed and everyone ate we went to Joe's house. Erik went to knock on the door with Landon while I got the twins out of the van. "Zoe." Blair and Kennedy called running to us. "Shhh." I said when they came closer then JH came out. "We need to bring them inside." I told them so Blair and Kennedy helped me being them inside.

"Meet the twins, Teanna is in yellow and Rosealind is in purple, Landon picked out their outfits because he's really helpful." I told them. "Can we wake them up?" Blair asked. "Yeah sure, if you make them cry you have to deal with them, unless they are hungry." I told them sitting down beside Erik and Landon sat in my lap. "Hey Lan, do you want to play cars?" JH asked. "Yeah, but twins." Landon said. "I'll see the twins later I want to play with you." JH replied. "Ok." He replied and they played cars. "They look so much like you Zoey." Joe said. "I know, everyone tells me that." I replied. "Already?" He asked. "It's almost been a week already and I've been told they look like me a lot." I said.

"We saw the pictures on Instagram." JH said. "Yeah one family was there for Landon and the other family was there for the twins." Blair pointed out. "Yeah." I said before telling them everything that happened Tuesday and Wednesday. Erik took Landon to get something to eat and JH sat on the couch and held Rosealind. "Thank you for what you did with Landon, we don't wanta him to feel left out in fact he usually picks out their outfits." I told him.  "They look so cute." Andrea said. "Yeah just like Landon." I replied. "He's always been so cute." Kennedy piped in.
