Chapter 24

We got to Indianapolis and got everyone settled in the RV, Landon was watching a bit of TV and playing with his cars and the twins were in their play swings while Erik and I were on the couch. It was nice and peaceful for the night until we put the twins in their bassinet and Landon to bed. "So, we have time to ourselves you want to go to bed?" Erik asked. "I can stay up for a little while later." I replied as he sat down on the couch and I sat on him. "So how do you feel about the twins now that they have been here for around a month?" I asked him. "They are the most beautiful babies I've ever seen, just like Landon is the most handsome young man I've met." He replied kissing me.

"I'm so happy I have them all, and especially you." I told him kissing him. "I'm so happy that you trusted me after I accidentally kissed you while already dating someone." He said. "Me too, but I was doing it for Landon, and when we started going out, I was afraid that you wern't going to want him so I asked my aunt if she would watch him and I took that for granted with you." I told him. "Well you did and I would have known our son for a little longer but the past is the past." He said. "Yeah, the past is the past and I have an amazing fiancé, a handsome two year old and two beautiful six week old infants." I said happily. "Well I still have your ring." Erik said. "Yeah can I have it back?" I asked before he took it out of his pocket and gave it to me.

"Yeah we have an amazing family, I can't wait until your last name is Jones, you're already an official Jones, we just need to change your last name." He told me and it made me smile. "I am?" I asked. "Yeah of course my dad loved you when he actually met you and told me to marry you, and my mom loves you plus she already thinks of you as her daughter in law, plus you've already had three baby Jones's by accident." He replied. "Yeah, we're going to change that." I replied. "What?" He asked. "No more kids until the girls are five." I told him. "Ok, so how is that going to happen?" He asked. "The doctor." I replied calling and making an appointment for Monday. "If you want I'll take Landon with me to the shop, I know the twins are too small right now." Erik said.

"I'll take our girls with me." I replied. "Well we should go to bed." Erik said as we went to our room. "I love you so much Zoey." Erik said pulling me close to him and wrapping an arm around me. "I love you so much Erik." I replied turning to kiss him then slowly falling asleep. "Zo, come on wake up I'm taking Landon with me." Erik said. "I'm up Erik go to work are the twins ready for the day?" I asked. "We couldn't feed them, but other than that all you have to do is put them in the stroller." He told me before Landon jumped on the bed. Landon kissed me before getting off the bed then running out of the room and then Erik kissed me and they left. "Ok my babies, let's eat." I said picking up Teanna.

When she was done it was Rosealinds time to eat. "Come on now my pretty girls, do you want to go for a walk?" I asked as I went to put them in the stroller. "Why don't we go see Chase and Ryan." I said going to the cup garage. "Hey Zoey." Chase said when he saw me. "Hey Chase, aren't my babies cute?" I asked him. "They are, the cutest babies I've seen Erik's a lucky guy, hey does he treat you right?" He asked. "Yeah I mean we have our fights but what couple doesn't." I replied. "True, if he ever gets out of hand tell me, I'll straighten him out, he's a lucky guy to have someone like you and your babies I wouldn't want him to be stupid." He told me. "Yeah I will, I'll go straight to you and Blaney." I told him.

"Yeah good idea, we'll be there for you Landon and these girls." He said. "I really appreciate that." I told him hugging him. "Blaney and I will be there for you." He said before I went to Blaney's garage area. "Hey Blaney look who came to see you." I called. "The twins, your babies are adorable." He said. "Thank you, I just came to say if Erik ever does something stupid you and Chase are setting him straight for the five of us." I told him. "Sounds good, just tell us and we will talk to him." He replied. "Will do." I replied before going to Erik's garage area. "There's my favourite girls." Erik said when he noticed us. "Mommy." Landon said running and hugging my legs. "My little man." I said picking him up.

"Go and see Brandon?" He asked me. "You want to go see Brandon, maybe let's go find him." I said pushing the stroller. "No babies." He said. "Landon, your sisters are too little to stay with daddy right now and it's too loud for them." I told him. "No babies." He replied. "Babies have to come with us." I told him as we went to the Xfinity garages. "Brandon." Landon said wanting down. "You can't run around here." I told him. "I won't mommy." He replied so I put him down and as I knew he would he ran off. "Landon." I called after him moving around people trying to get to Landon. "Hey Zoey, look who I found." Brandon said walking over to me with Landon. "Oh thank god." I said. "Landon we are going back to daddy's hauler and you'll sit on the couch on time out." I said taking him from Brandon.

"Did Landon run away from mom?" Brandon asked. "Yes I saw you." Landon replied. "That's not safe, you need to listen to both mom and dad." Brandon said then I went to Erik's hauler. I asked one of his crew members to watch the twins while I put him on the couch in the hauler then got the girls inside. "Zo, what's going on?" Erik asked walking into the back of the hauler. "Landon ran from me when he saw Brandon and something could have happened." I told him. "So a time out?" Erik asked. "Yes." I replied. "Landon, you know how Brandon easily picked you up?" I asked him. "Yeah." He replied.

"Well someone you don't know could just as easily pick you up and take you away then theres a chance you'll never see mommy or daddy again, and we would be very sad if we lost you." I told him. "I'm sorry mommy, I'll listen now." He told me. "Ok time out is done." I told him and he went with Erik to go do something while I fed the twins. "Hey Zo are you," I heard as someone walked into the back. "Oh I'm sorry." One of Erik's crew members said turning around while I was in the middle of feeding Rosealind. "It's ok really." I told him. When she was finished I put her down on the ground on her tummy time mat.
