Pagbaba pa lang namin ng kotse madami ng nag-aantay, madami ng nakaabang. Hindi na bago sa kanila 'yan. Tatayo sa gilid ng parking lot at iintayin ang isa sa aming pumasok ng school tapos titili. Ganyan na talaga ang gawa nila simula pa lamang noong una. Sa amin ang may bago. Isipin mo, kami ni Gray, magkasama sa isang bahay? sa isang kwarto? sa isang PAMILYA? Oh common. I never think of that even in my wildest dreams. We already cut our friendship a long long time ago.

Lance Reggo Redentor here. Reggo for short. 'Yung ungas na 'yun? Siya si Gray. Gray Maurice Remulla. Back then we were good friends. In fact, we both belong to a one circle of friends. But it all changed when we met Jia. Well, Jia is a volleyball player when we were Highschool. She's great and definitely she's beautiful. We were introduced to Jia by our friend in the same time, same place and same date. Kaya ang katotohanan, walang nauna, walang nahuli. Nameet namin siya ng magkasabay. But days later, I found myself thinking about her all the time... naah just like what other romantic stories tell when a guy is inlove? Naging ganun ako and I hate it. But I can't resist the feeling and I found myself asking her if I can court her. Fortunately, she said yes. And then a week after, nalaman ko na nililigawan din siya ni Gray. Naging cold kami sa isa't isa nun and I don't like it. Para akong nawalan ng isang kaibigan and it happened literally that day, nung pinili niya ako over him. 

That time, I was so happy. But then again, I can see in Gray's eyes the pain. Malamang hindi  niya aaminin but I saw a drop of tears in his eyes that day. Since then, hindi na kami nag-usap. Infact, magkaaway kami. Hindi naman ako galit sa kanya non, I understand him. Pero ang hindi ko maintindihan ay kung bakit kailangan niyang gawing rebound 'yung kaibigan ko.
