We drove for ten minutes before arriving at our destination.

We had stopped at the Pier, we got out of the car. I looked at the sunset, it's reflection bouncing off the water.

The sky displayed an array of blues, purples, and pinks. It was breathtaking.

"Wow, mark it beautiful out here." I turned to him.

"I knew you would enjoy it.  This place will hold amazing memories in the future." His hair blew gently in the wind at he stared at the ocean.

"Yeah?" He turned to look at me. He nodded his head.
"Yeah."

He put out his hand, I took it smiling. We walked along the beach.

I kept making mark stop so I could pick up a cool shell, or pretty rock.

He laughed every time I did so, his pockets became full because I had given them all to him.

"Ok Cassie, you need to stop. You have an addiction." Mark laughed as I gave him two more shells.

I looked over at him and frowned.
"I know I have a problem! Don't judge me!" I fake yelled.

"I'm not," he laughed. "I think it's adorable."

I smiled proudly at him, then placed a rock in his hand. He groaned laughing.

By the time we were finished of our walk, stars we're starting to shine in the sky.

I pointed up at the only star I saw. "Look mark! First star, make a wish!"

We both closed our eyes and made our wish.

I wish I may, I wish I might, upon this star I see tonight. I wish to one day marry this man.

I opened my eyes back up to see mark starring at me.

He slid his hands down to my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"What did you wish for?" He asked rocking us ever so slightly.

"I can't tell you, or it won't come true." I grinned.

"Then I guess I can't tell you mine." I shook my head, giggling.

I looked at his hazel eyes, then down to his soft pink lips.

I couldn't help but gently tug on my lip. I looked up at mark, to see he had been staring at my lips as well.

He caught my gaze and chuckled, he leaned in, so did I.

Our lips gently grazed each other, I closed my eyes and let them collide.

He left a gentle kiss on lips, then slowly pulled away. My heart was pounding, face a bright crimson colour.

We smiled as held hands again.
"Let's get you home, it's almost dark."
