chapter 23

****NASH'S POV*****

I woke up with Liz dead asleep on top of me. our legs were tangled and she had her head on my chest. I didn't wake her since she looked peaceful. I smiled and rubbed her back in soothing circles.

she moved her head and sighed through her nose.

"nash?" she said groggily

"hmm?" I hummed

"is this uncomfortable?" she said looking up at me through her eyelashes

"no why?" I said as my eyebrows furrowed

"because I thought that maybe it was uncomfortable since im laying on you stomach." she said yawning

"nope." I said popping the 'p'

"good cause I wasn't going to move." she says smiling

I chuckle and kiss her head.

"you want to go eat breakfast somewhere since the boys or girls wont be awake?" she says snuggling into the crook of my neck

"yea" I answer simply

we stay like that for a few more minutes then she gets up

"why are you getting up?" I say sticking my bottom lip out

"so I can change" she says stretching

she walks out and I notice how her shirt shows a bit of her tan skin and how her sweatpants hang loosely on her waist.

I lay on the bed and hear the sink faucet running. a couple minutes later it stops and the door opens.

I get up and follow her to the kitchen.

Taylor and Hannah were cuddling on the couch still asleep and Jc, and Connor were in their rooms and Ricky slept downstairs since he came home at 3:30 am because he was hanging out with Jenn and Andrew.

"where is Jozz and Cam?" I ask her

she rolls her eyes "they are probably upstairs." she says and nudges me

she jogs up the stairs and I follow her and we both tiptoe to one of the guests room.

she puts her ear on the door and she shakes her head. she turns the doorknob and pushes the door. we see undergarments and clothes then shoes scattered around.

I look at her and she is smirking.

"its not their first."  she says softly

"that's just awkward" I whisper

"hmm" she hummed "lets just go get breakfast." she says closing the door and grabbing my hand

"where do you want to go?" I ask grabbing my phone and slipping into my pocket

"Jc showed me a place not so far from here like three blocks away." she says putting her hair in a ponytail.

"uh ok but can this be considered a date?" I ask

"eww gross no!"" she cringes

I give her a blank look then she burst into a fit of laughter

"y-you actually thought I was serious." she burst into laughter 

"Nash I was kidding of course it can be a date!" she says and grabs her penny board

"do you know how to skate?" she asks raising an eyebrow

"a little, yea" I say shrugging

"good i'll ask Ricky if he will let you borrow his penny board." she says smiling
