chapter 29

***LIZ'S POV***

after Jozz and Cam made up she kind of bailed on me and went over to Cameron's for god knows what.

I sighed. it wasn't the first time. back in Dallas she had lots of boyfriends and she would date them for a few weeks and break up with them.

With Cameron it was kind of different she actually cries if something happens between them and you may be thinking well its just because he's famous but she sees him differently from what I can tell.

I go downstairs already dressed since she told me she was going out at the last minute possible and sit down next to Jc.

"please tell me you still have no plans?" I say

"I actually don't." he shrugs

"yay! do you think we could do our best friend day today?" I ask

"why? did Jozz bail on you or something?" he nudges me

"well something like that." I look away

"of course we can do our best friend day today!" he hugs me

I smile "go get ready!" I say getting up

"ok ok!" he runs up the stairs

I scroll through twitter and there are some tweets about me and Nash and the picture that he posted still hasn't gone away yet.

some fans are sweet and some are just so mean.

I retweeted some stuff and Jc comes downstairs in a grey shirt and a snapback just behind the bleached tips of his hair.

I got up and slipped my phone in my back pocket and checked if I had the money I put in my pocket form earlier.

we got in the car and he started the engine.

"where to?" he asks

"is there a small fair or carnival near by?" I say

"there is actually a small fair near by. we can go if you want." he says

I nod and he starts to drive

I text Nash and tell him where I am

to Nash <3

not going to be home!

where are you going?

to Nash <3

to a fair near by! don't worry though!

ok be safe! love you

I replied an 'I love you too' and put my phone down

 "so Jc" I start

"hm?" he says focusing on the road

"has there been a girl you have been thinking about lately?" I ask smiling

"umm no not really." I see his cheeks turn a light crimson.

I start to laugh "who is it?" I tease

he shakes his head

"we are here." he says changing the subject

"fuck." I say and he laughs and turns off the car and gets out

we buy tickets and we walk around.

a few girls notice Jc and take a picture with him. he talks to his fans and they are sweet. some even wanted to take pictures with me. I was kind of confused but ok.

we kept walking and we went on a few roller coasters that Jc basically dragged me to. I am not very fond of roller coasters.

we played a few games and Jc won me a stuffed animal in honor of our best friend day. we got cotton candy and kept walking.

we shared a few laughs once in a while but there was never a dull or awkward moment with Jc.

 we finally decided to go back home since we were getting tired. he started the engine and put on Hoodie Allen's "All American" cd.

he cranked up the volume and was singing. I knew a few songs so we snag along to a few.

we finally pulled up to the familiar driveway and got off. we walked into the house laughing at some things that had happened earlier and found Jozz sitting down and Cameron, Hayes, Aaron, and Nash were watching tv.

Jozz looks up

"hey how was it?" she asks smiling

that when all the boys look at us

"hey" Hayes, Cam, and Aaron all say in unison except for Nash

"hey." I say and wave

"alright well today was fun." Jc says turning to me and smiling

"im going to go upstairs." he says pointing to the stairs

we nod

"so what did you do?" jozz asks

all the other boys turn their attention towards the tv except Nash

his eyes are filled with anger and sadness.

"wait I'll tell you later." I say to Jozz

I sit next to Nash and he is still facing me. I smile and try to grab his hand but he takes his hand away.

I frown. "what?" I whisper

he looks away and gets up.

I follow him and he goes upstairs to my room.

I close the door and he turns around his crystal blue eyes were a darker color now anger in his eyes

"where the fuck were you?" he whisper/shouts clenching his jaw

oh shit well then...

"I told you I was going to fair damn Nash!" I say walking to my bed putting the stuffed animal on a pillow

"I didn't know you were going with a guy!" he says a little louder

"Nash that's Jc, one of my best friends so can you back away!" I say a little louder as well

he stays quiet and paces around the room running his hand through his hair..

"you actually thought I would cheat on you?" I laugh dryly

he turns to me and doesn't say anything

"wow. I cant believe you don't trust me to be with one of my best friends Nash! you are the best thing that has happened to me and we both know that so why would I want to just throw that away?" I say anger stating to build up inside of me.

he hangs his head low, he still doesn't say anything

"fine. call me when you fucking find the words to tell me why you think I cheated on you!" I say trying to keep calm

his head snaps up and I see a flash of disappointment in his eyes, but it quickly goes away.

without a word he walks out of the room and slams the bedroom door.

I hear faint voices and footsteps and then a door close.

I slid down on the wall and bring my knees to my chest and start to cry.

why would he think that? what did i do to make him not trust me? all these questions flowed through my head.

i thought and thought and cried and cried until I finally cried myself to sleep.
