Author's Note
Hey all the readers! I apologise for not updating the story frequently because I was studying for my final exam and now they are over! I'll try to write more chapters and publish them since I'm on a week off from school. Hope you'll enjoy this new chapter!
Shina's POV
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We will be landing on Incheon Airport now. Please get ready for landing.
"Ahhh! Finally reaching home."
Yugyeom stated as he stretched his arms and legs.
"What do y'all feel like eating when we get back home?"
BamBam asked.
"Jajangmyeon!"
Krystal yelled as she raise one hand up.
"Then shall we go get some jajangmyeon later?"
JB asked.
"Ya sure, and JB hyung will pay for it!"
Jackson stated and everyone agreed and cheered while JB stare at Jackson as if he's gonna kill him.
We landed on Incheon Airport. It felt so good to be home even though New Zealand is fun but there's nothing better then home!
We took our luggages and thanks the pilot and cabin crew and soon one by one left the plane. We went to the baggage claim area to take the rest of our luggage before heading out of the airport.
"Shin, do you wanna go catch a movie tonight?"
Mark asked as he approached to my side and hold my hand.
"Won't you be tired after a long plane ride?"
I asked.
"Nah, I have to get used to the timezone, so should we? Please~"
Mark said and look at me with those cute puppy eyes that I can't resist.
"Ya okey fine, let's book the ticket when step out of the airport."
I said.
"Yay!"
Mark said jumping up and down like a little kid.
We walk out of the airport and we're now waiting for our transport to come over to get us home. Some people were on their phone and some are still discussing about which restaurant they should go later for eating.
"Mark?"
An unfamiliar sound caught our attention as we look over to her side.
"Omo..."
Mark mumbled with shocking face.
Mark slowly approach to her and gave her a long and warm hug. That girl was in Mark's embraced and she was hugging him so tightly.
"I can't believe that it's you!"
Mark stated.
"So as I! It's been so long! I miss you so so so much! You just have no idea how much I miss you!"
That girl stated.
Soon a while later, they both approached to us and Mark was putting his arm on her shoulder.
"Everyone, this is Hope, my childhood friend."
Mark stated as she smile and wave at all of us.
"Hello everyone, it's nice to meet you, I'm glad that Mark have so many friends, I used to thought I was his only friend."
She said.
"Nice to meet you, our transport is here, let's move on guys."
JB said.
"Ummm guys, is it okey if I follow Hope? It've been a while since we met each other, I wanna have a little talk with her so we could both catch up with each other's life."
Mark asked. The moment he ask that question, my face had totally change, I mean...I shouldn't right? Plus it's his long lost childhood friend...
"But we are..."
BamBam was then cut off
"Is okey, you should go with her, plus...like you say, you two should catch up with things."
I answered instead.
"Oh great! I'll meet y'all later then."
Mark said and wave at us, especially me.
Mark and that Hope girl left later then as the guys were asking me to enter ten car. We all went to this random restaurant near our house to get some jajangmyeon.
We ordered 9 jajangmyeon for each of us and some side dishes too. Everyone was busy talking as I was day dreaming there.
"Shin! Are you alright?"
Charlotte ask.
"Ya ya, I'm alright, just a little tired from those plane ride."
I said and make up a story to tell them.
"Come on, we all know that's a lie."
Youngjae said.
"Duh, Mark hyung had rarely be with her already, even when we're in New Zealand."
Jackson stated.
"That guy is so jerk! He don't deserve to be with our Shina."
Krystal said.
"It's fine, we shouldn't say anything, they are friends anyway."
I said.
"But..."
Charlotte was interrupted.
"Let's just all finish up our food and go home."
I said and there goes the silent.
Mark's POV
Hope and I were together for the whole afternoon. We went from places to places and we were talking about our memories for hours. Hope would tell me what she had been doing and about her studies.
"So Mark, what are you up to these days?"
Hope asked.
"I recently just finished my final exam and now I'm just chilling."
I said.
"Oh...are you planning to come back to America? Like for your college?"
Hope asked.
"I'm not sure, I kinda like it here now already, like I'm used to the place, I made friends."
"But don't you miss your family? And all of our childhood friends are now back, except for you..."
Hope stated.
"But Hope..."
"Mark, you should think about it, your mom, dad and siblings miss you, and you do know what is happening in America? Your father's business."
"Of course I do know, but he's the one who ask me to come here and now you want me to go back?"
"Mark, he's still your father, he loves you, there must be a reason."
Hope said.
"No matter what, I'm not going home that easily, I don't want to leave everything behind that I've earned throughout these years and go back to America."
I stated as I walk away as Hope follows me at the back.
"It's up to you anyway, you have a month to think."
Hope said as she places one of her hand on my shoulder.
"By the way, didn't you say you wanna show me your neighbourhood and where you're living?"
Hope asked.
"Ya I am, wanna go now?"
I asked.
"Ya sure lets go then!"
Shina's POV
I was seated on the couch playing with my phone while the others are busy talking. They were checking out all the souvenirs they each bought.
I went onto the movie online and started to pick a movie that I think Mark and I will enjoy. It was a hard time picking but I ended up picking one.
I began to choose the seating and I specially chose the couple seat with popcorn and drinks all added. Then I purchase the ticket online.
"Shin! What are you doing?"
JB asked.
"Oh I'm booking tickets for Mark and my movie night."
I stated and showed him the ticket in my phone.
"Oh that's cool, do you wanna start unpacking?"
He asked.
"Ya I'll do it now."
I said and going out to get my luggage that I left outside.
As I was going down the way, I heard the doorbell rang. The first person that came to my mind is Mark! He must be back already! I can't wait to tell him that I've booked the ticket for us tonight.
I ran over to the gate and opened it and...my face was disappointed...it's...
