A Series of Events

A weeks went by, everyone became more anxious. The reality had set in and everyone just wanted their family members back home. Marinette was making progress with Koto, and he even confessed that he found Marinette attractive. Although the very thought made Marinette shiver. Not adding that his civilian form has indirectly killed people, but he is also 32 years old. Not as young as they thought he was. There were days when Adrien would just comfort Marinette because she missed her parents. Before she was able to talk and see them everyday through the internet, but now she had no idea where they are and if they were okay. It was today though, that Koto became a very useful hostage. Marinette got him super drunk and she acted drunk while sipping on water disguised as Vodka.

"You know Marinette, I've grown to love you." He slurred out. His arms and head were unstrapped, and he made hand gestures. "You seem to be the only girl or guy here that cares for me. And you are more cute girl." He downed another drink. Marinette sat on his lap and took a drink of water.

"If you love me so much-" Marinette forced a burp. "then why don't you help me. Let's go on an adventure. I can break my parents out then I can break you out. Simple job. You and I can run away, and my parents business will boom." She raised her hands and giggled.

"If I told you where they were, would you break me out. I can't take this room any longer." He said, looking at the same walls and floors.

"I pinky promise. To the bottom of my heart. Plus why would I leave my fiancé. That would be so dumb. I wouldn't be able to marry you if you were stuck here." She bopped the end of his nose. He laughed and took another sip.

"Your parents. I helped Nathair bring them to the safe house. It's somewhere in Siberia, although we didn't really get a good look. There are no road signs and we were driving off road in a car with no license plate. But I can tell you one thing, they're in some sort of cave. With a cool looking fence surrounding it. And these cute German Shepherds are running around. God do they love cheese." He hiccupped.

Marinette grinned and kissed him sloppily on the cheek. "Yay! Now I can break them out, return, and we can get married. I'm thinking Rio would be an amazing place for a wedding!" She gestured dramatically. Koto must have been extremely drunk because he passed out just watching her excited. Marinette's face dropped to disgust, and she wiped her mouth.

"Piece of shit." She kicked him in the shin and walked out.

It was closer to night time, so she ran to Alex and Tony's room and knock on the door.

"I've got information that will help us extremely!" She exclaimed.

Alex let her in.

"They are in Siberia inside a cave surrounded by fencing and German shepherds. Also the dogs like cheese." She added. Tony pulled his laptop out and started putting in some information.

"This was the break we needed. Great job Marinette!" Tony high fived her from the floor.

Marinette ran out of the room and headed to the bathrooms. When she was walking back, she looked up at the sky. The stars were out, and they illuminated the area.

She headed back to her room, and Adrien was sitting with the computer. Marinette jumped down and smacked the ground.

"Koto told me they are in Siberia in a large cave that's heavily guarded!" She exclaimed. Adrien gawped and put the computer to the side.

"Really! That's amazing Marinette! I knew you could do it!" He tackled her to the ground in a hug and Marinette hugged him back.

The two hugged and Adrien loosened a bit. They were in a somewhat compromising position. Seeing as Adrien was on top of her, and her legs were wrapped around his waist.

Adrien released a hand and trailed it over the tattoo she had of a cat and Ladybug.

"You are the most beautiful woman I have yet to lay eyes on. And you were since the moment I saw you." He told her.

"You aren't too bad as well. I only loved you for two years before you truly noticed me." Marinette giggled. Adrien leaned down and pressed a kiss to her lips. The two kissed for a moment and separated.

"We should probably sleep. I pretty sure we'll be making a trip to Siberia soon." Adrien agreed and got off of her. Marinette got dressed into some pajamas and climbed into bed with Adrien. Tikki switched the light off and flew back to Plagg. The two had made their own little bed on an old shirt that Marinette ripped.

They soon fell asleep quietly, only the crickets chirping interrupted the night.
