Chapter 2

I grabbed a cup of beer and drank it. I just stood there watching the people have fun and dance I turn around and I see Hannah and clay talking I smile at them both because I love it when they're together.

Jeff grabs me by my hand and pulls me towards him.
"Hey why aren't you dancing." Jeff says while putting our cups down.

"Uhm I don't dance." I say raising a small smile.

"Well you do today." Jeff says smiling.

He grabs my hand and dances with me. I laugh as he starts to dance like he has no idea what he's doing.
The party ended and we went home.

Jeff dropped me off at my house.
"Bye Jeff and thanks for dancing with me tonight." I said with a smile.

"No thank YOU for dancing with me." Jeff smiled and ran his hand through his hair.

I giggled and looked down, I got out the car and went inside my house. I went upstairs took a nice warm shower, brushed my hair and I went to sleep.

The next morning I woke up and got ready for school I grabbed my skateboard and skated to school. The wind felt really good hitting my face. I greeted people as I passed by them.

I arrived school and I saw clay walking in. I caught up with him.

"Hey clay." I said as I got close to him.

"Hey Mia." Clay said back with a smile.

"So how was last night."

"Uh what are you talking about."

"Oh god clay you and hannah you guys were talking yesterday night."

"Well for a few minutes and then I admitted to kat that I like Hannah and now I'm scared that she might tell Hannah."

"And once Hannah finds out she's gonna be happy and like you back."

"Probably not."

"How can she not your funny, sweet , handsome,and loyal."

"Thanks but I think she's more into guys like Justin foley and Bryce walker."

"They are hot but dumb I don't think she wants to talk to someone who acts like a wall."

"A wall?"

"You know what I mean."

Clay gives me a look and raises his eyebrows.

"Never mind."

"Yep."

"Just be yourself because you're lovable when you're yourself."

"Okay fine."

"Fine."

The bell rings and I go to class and I sit by Jeff.
"Hey Mia." Jeff says playing with his pencil.

"Hey Jeff." I say as I sit down in the chair.

The teacher walks in and gives us directions on our project.
An hour later the bell rings

"So you wanna work on this at my house?" I tell him as I grab my stuff.

"Uhm yea sure after school?"

"Yea."

I go to other classes and then me and Jeff have a free period together so we get to have a head start on our project.

"So Mia what do you wanna do?"

"Uhm we can start our project."

"Really we call this free period for a reason so we can be free." Jeff says as he rests his forehead on the table.
