Chapter 19

I looked at them in shock and my mom broke the silence.

"Mia, I know you don't want to see us." My mom said as she started to play with her fingers.

"You're right I don't want to see you and especially your boyfriend." I said as I sat down.

"Mia we heard what happened." My Dad said.

"Oh so now you care when my life almost ended." I said.

"We do care. We always had been we just needed a break." My mother said sad.

"But that doesn't mean you leave your daughter out of your life and not even for a while." I said starting to tear up.

"Honey I love you I really do I'm sorry about what happened." My mom said as she came up to me.

"Mom I love you too but why would you leave." I said.

"I don't know I was sad and scared." My mother said.

"So are you coming back?" I said smiling at her.

"Well no, not yet I'm living with mike. You guys never really got introduced to each other."

"Wait you're not coming back." I said confused.

"No." My mother said crying.

"What the fuck?!" I said getting up Jeff tried to calm me down.

"Hey watch your language!" My mothers boyfriend said.

"How about you mind your fucking business and get the fuck out my house!" I said yelling at him.

Mike looked at me angry like he was about to get up and kill me for yelling at him.

"Dad what about you. You came here to leave again or are you staying." I said crying.

"I'm leaving for a couple weeks so I can pack up and I'm coming back home, and Jeff you can still stay if you'd like." My Dad said.

"Really Dad?" I said.

"Yes I didn't know your mother left but when I heard the message I couldn't believe I'm sorry I didn't call sooner, and when I heard you tried to commit suicide I broke down." My father said tearing up.

"That's bullshit you don't care about her you wouldn't have left if you did." My mother said.

"Hey! You are no longer aloud in my house. Don't call me, don't look for me, don't do anything because you're dead to me. Now grab your boyfriend, get in the car and don't ever fucking come back here." I said crying.

"What?" My mother said crying.

"Don't act like you care because you never did." I said angry.

"Please I'm your mother don't treat my like that." My mother said.

"But it's okay for you to treat your daughter like that and leave especially for a man you barely know." I said.

"Please I'm sorry." My mother said.

I walked up and opened the front door I waited for to leave. Without a word my mom started to cry and her boyfriend grabbed her and they walked to his car and drove off. My dad got up and hugged me.

"I'll be back to settle my things. I'll see you in a week. Call me if you need anything." My dad said smiling.

I stopped crying and I smiled at my dad he walked out and drove off. I closed the door and I dropped to the floor. Jeff came to me and hugged me as I started to cry.
