Chapter 23

"Let me to!"I yell out trying to let loose of the ropes.

"Mia it's okay be quiet!" Bryce says as he covers my mouth.

I feel his hands touching me again and i feel him doing it again.

I wake up scared and breathless, I sit up on my bed and look next to me I see Hannah and Jessica sleeping on the floor.

I look at the time and it was nine in the morning. I get off my bed and I just look at my bed having flashbacks. I go into the bathroom and I brush my teeth, I get out and I go downstairs and I make some coffee. Jessica and Hannah come downstairs.

"Hey Mia, you okay." Hannah says as she comes in the kitchen.

"I'm fine." I say as I take a sip of my coffee.

We all sit down in the dining room. I take another sip of my coffee, the girls get toast and coffee and they eat.

"Mia are you hungry?" Jessica asked.

"No I'm not hungry." I said.

Jessica and Hannah kept eating while I drank my coffee the door rang and I went to open it. I opened the door Jeff stood outside. I looked at him surprised.

"Mia,hey." Jeff said as he quickly came to me for a hug. Jeff kissed me.

"I couldn't find him. But I'm going to keep looking for him and I'm going to kill him." Jeff said.

The whole day we just kept looking for Bryce he was nowhere to be found. The next day I woke up and I just didn't want to face anyone. I got dressed ate breakfast and I drove to school. I parked in the school parking lot and I started to cry in the parking lot I laid my forehead on the wheel and I just took a deep breath.

I got out the car and grabbed my stuff. I walked inside and looked around me people just ignored me and went on like nothing happened at my party. My day went on as usual, during communication class I asked to use the bathroom. Mrs.bradley let me go and I went into the bathroom.

I got out the stall and I went to wash my hands I finished washing it and I dried my hands. I looked in the mirror and I saw Bryce standing behind me.

"Damn it's kinda like deja vu." Bryce said having a smirk on his face.

"You know you come out the bathroom and I'm just here standing here." Bryce said.

I walk away from Bryce.

"Don't be scared. But you can tell your boyfriend to back the fuck off, him and his little friends keep looking for me." Bryce said.

"That's because you raped me." I said starting to get scared.

"No Mia, you were asking for it the way you looked at me and gave me hints." Bryce said.

Bryce came up to me and touched my breasts.

"It's kinda like now. Well you have a little time left." Bryce said as he kept touching me then he touched my thighs.

I pushed Bryce off of me.

"What the fuck do you want from me?!" I yelled at Bryce.

Bryce laughed then he looked at me and tried to stop me from going out. He locked the bathroom door and slammed me up against the wall. Bryce unbuttoned my shirt and choked me at the same time. I started to cry and I could breathe. Bryce started to kiss me on my body while he was still choking me. I finally kicked him in his balls, Bryce fell to the floor in pain. I kept and kept on kicking him and then once again in his balls.

I grabbed my phone out my bookbag and I called the cops.

"Hello 911 what's your emergency." The lady on the phone said.

"Please help me there's a boy in here and he just tried to rape me. He slammed me against the wall and choked while ripping my shirt open." I said crying.

"Okay please calm down take a deep breath where are you at?" The lady said.

"I'm in the bathroom at liberty high." I said.

"Okay can you give me the address of the school building." The lady said.

"Yes it's-." The phone got knocked out of my hand and Bryce grabbed me. Then he grabbed the phone and hung up.

Bryce punched me as I was trying to fight back.
"What the fuck you trying to get me sent to jail." Bryce said angrily.

"Please leave me alone." I said crying. I touched my lip and blood was coming out.

The door busted open and Jeff and mr.porter came in.

"Hey leave my girlfriend alone." Jeff grabbed Bryce and started to punch him repeatedly.

Mr.porter came in and grabbed me then he took me out of the bathroom. The cops ran inside and took Jeff off of Bryce and they handcuffed Bryce and took him in cuffs.

I walk out the bathroom with mr.Porter and people out of their class rooms stare at me in shock. My lip was bleeding and my shirt was unbuttoned.

A couple days passed by and I was took to court. I sat down next to my lawyer and people were behind us. People from school, Jeff , clay, Hannah, Justin, Jessica, Alex, zach and my dad were sitting there.

Bryce walked inside with cuffs on and he sat next to his lawyer. I looked at Bryce and Bryce looked at me. I took a deep breath and waited we waited for the Judge.

"All rise for the honor of the judge." The cop said.

We stood up and the judge walked inside and sat down on her chair.

"Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Calling the case of Mia Anderson versus Bryce walker, are both sides ready." The judge said.

"Yes your honor." I said.
"Yes your honor." Bryce said.
