My heart started to pound as I hid behind a wall. I couldn't help it, it always happens when I see him. The most popular and most handsome boy in school, Genji Shimada. He was different among all the boys and anyone could easily see it. But there was a problem... Genji likes girls, not boys. So, for me to ask him to be my valentines would be impossible. I sigh as I watch Genji get swormed by girls, begging to be his lover for today. Shaking my head, I walk to the entrance knowing that he wouldn't notice me. Reaching the schools exit, I heard a running of footsteps coming up behind me and heavy panting. "Hey! Wait!" Genji's voice echoed in the hallway as he reached me. I looked back at him in surprise and confusion.

"Can I help you?" I questioned calmly, but inside I was freaking out. "Is your name (Y/N) by any chance?" Genji asked as he smiled a bit. I blushed at his sudden smile and turned away. "Um, y-yes. I a-am (Y/N). D-Did you need something?" I shuttered as Genji nodded his head. "Yeah, there was something I wanted to know... Do you like anyone?" Genji asked me as my face darkened and I nodded rapidly. "I see... do they know you like them?" "Sadly no... they would reject me if they knew I liked them." I answered as I rubbed my arm in discomfort. Genji watched my actions as he bit his lip before looking around. "And who would that be? If you tell me, I won't tell a soul." "Why would you be interested in knowing? This is the first time we've actually talk to each other without having to do work together." I started to grow suspicious at his action.

Genji didn't say anything as he looked me in the eyes. "I know, but I actually wanted to get to know you, but with all those desperate girls its hard to move around." Genji admitted as he grew nervous. I frowned as I turned away and started to walk as he followed close. "I thought you would've loved being around so many girls that are at your feet." I said as I looked to see his face scrunch up in disgust. "No... I couldn't handle much more then what I face now. Anymore and I'd probably be flying off to another country." Genji said as I snorted and froze. He looked at me for a moment before bursting out laughing. "Oh my god! That was the most adorable thing I ever heard!" Genji laughed and stopped, realizing what he said.

My eyes widen in shock as Genji coughed in the awkward silence. The walk down the road was somewhat uneasy until we reached the arcade. I was going to continue on home, but Genji grabbed my hand and dragges me into the arcade. "Lets play some games! Its a great way at getting to know each other!" Genji suggested as he went straight to a game. I followed him since I had nothing else to do.  As Genji chatted his head off about some of the games, I was staring at a claw machine nearby with some plushies. One plushie caught my eye though, it was a pink pachimari with red hearts as eyes. It was so adorable that I went towards the claw machine and started playing it, forgetting Genji there. A few mintues passed and many failed attempts to get the plush was getting rather annoying.

I growled as I missed the plush once again and frowned. Giving up I turn around to see Genji standing there with a confused look. "Why did you stop? You almost had it." Genji said as he placed his hand on the glass, looking at the pachimari. "I keep missing and I didn't want any of the normal pachimari, I wanted that spacial one in the center. I thought I could get it, but I was wrong." I muttered as Genji hummed. Genji started to play the claw machine I was using and I turned around to walk away. "I got it." Genji said as I froze, looking back to see him pulling the pink pachimari out of the machine, smiling at me with his eyes closed. I blushed as Genji gave me the pachimari.

"It was actually really easy, you're just not good at games, are you? Its fine, I wouldn't mind showing you a few of my moves." Genji suggested as smirked. I blushed even more as I held the pachimari close to my chest and tried to hide my face. "I-I'll think ab-about your offer... Thank you, for at least getting me this pachimari... I really appreciate it." I said shyly as Genji continued to smirk. About to leave, Genji pulled me back and gave me a hug. I froze as he kissed my check afterwards and my face turned beet red. "Happy Valentine's day! I'm glad to spend at least sometime with you! And maybe you'd like more of this in the future? I hope so, anyway, I gotta go. See you tomorrow (Y/N)!" Genji said cheerfully as he walked away from me. Genji glanced behind him and winked at me as he disappeared, causing my heart to beat faster then ever. Who would've known that Genji liked boys.
