"Baby it's okay I can come to dinner tonight" Chris says to me kissing on me at the lunch table with Sean, Ari, Trent, and Cara.

"Chris I love you I do but I don't want Dj's little girlfriend in my house." I say picking with my food, Chris just looks at me and smiles. "Baby I get what she did was wrong but you have to make an effort that's Dj's girlfriend and you already know your mom is going to give her hell." He says

"I don't like her and I'm not gone try." I say looking at Chris in his eyes, he shakes his head and laughs at me.

"Is that why you make her run in practice everyday." Cara says eating her salad, Sean, Trent, and Chris looked at me with wide eyes.

"And make her do squat jumps, 6 inches, 50 v-ups everyday in practice." Ari says laughing, and the guys looked me again shocked "Damn Karlie I would hate to be under you on a team because I would fight you." Trent says to me.

I throw a piece of bread at Trent and he sticks his tongue out me and I stick my tongue out at him and everybody laughs. "Baby let's make a bet" Chris says making me look at him in the eyes "if you can put on a fake smile for dinner tonight I will take you shopping and you buy anything you want and I have to spend a day with all the males in your family especially your dad." Chris says to me.

I smiled "okay I can take that deal but you don't have to spend time with all the males in my family my dad is enough." I say putting my arms around his neck.

"Y'all two are just too damn cute" Ari says as her and Cara look at us in awe.

Chris just got here and we are in the living talking until my dad gets here with Dj and his little girlfriend.

"Mom can I already tell I'm not gone like her, she sounds manipulative." Bella says playing Uno with Chris on the coffee table.

"Bella, Mrs. Mason can guys at least try to be nice" Chris says winning the Uno game and come over to sit next to me, I rolled my eyes "mom he is on this try to be nice thing and has been for 2 days now." I say to my mom.

She laughs "Chris that may work for Bella and Karlie but me I'm working progress." My mom says making all us laugh, as we were laughing the front door opened "mom we're here" We hear Dj say.

We all groaned and made our way to the kitchen table, I was sitting next to Bella and Chris, Dj and Sierra was across from me and Bella, Anna, Ragen, and Aiden, sat by my mom and she was across from my dad.

"Hello Chris" My dad says talking to Chris, he just smiled "Hey Mr. Mason" Chris says talking to my dad and the weird thing is he's not nervous. I thought Chris was going to be nervous but I guess he realized he can't be nervous around my dad forever.

"Okay Dj introduce us and when I say us I mean really me." My mom says showing her evil smile "Ava!" My dad scolded, she just shrugged her shoulders and Bella started laughing.

"Okay mom this Sierra, Sierra this is my mom Mrs. Mason" Dj says introducing my mom to Sierra.

"So you cheer for the Junior Varsity team at the school right?" My mom says looking at her dead in the eyes.

"Yes Ma'am I love cheering and Karlie is a amazing Captain." She says trying to get on my mom good side, Bella and I scoffed and Chris laughed, along with my dad which was weird.

"Oh ok so what your saying is you like Karlie and you would consider her as a friend?" My mom says wiping her hands. "Ava let's not...." My mom cut my dad off "Damen shut up I'm talking to our son's girlfriend who you knew he had and one of Karlie's cheer mates." My mom says in her venom voice means my dad was not forgiving yet.
