Remember when we were this happy ?

It has been a few weeks since Hanna and Caleb told everyone the big news and the engagement party was only a day forward.
When they got engaged, Hanna immediately wanted to have a big party with everyone to celebrate. The invitations were sent only two days later when she called Spencer:

"Hey Han' What's up ? And please don't tell me you got engaged a few days ago " She said laughing

"Well first of all, hello. And second of all, shut up i'm happy"

" What are you calling anyway ? You know i'll come to your big party I already told you"

"It's not really about that. Well yes it is but not about you" Hanna answered in a worried tone.

"Han' what's going on ? "

"We invited Toby"

"Oh." She left a 10 sec blank
"What about him? I mean, it's our friend of course you invited him" She laughed nervously

"If it bothers you it's not okay, I know you had a difficult year Spencer and seeing him may be difficult as well"

"Hanna, really don't worry about this. It has been so long i'd really love to see him again. Do you know how he's doing? "

" He just called Caleb to say he'll be coming if everyone's okay. He asked if you'd come "

" Really ? " She blushed and hopefully Hanna couldn't see her.

" Humhum. So I'll see you on Friday ?"

"Of course, tell Caleb i say Hi"

Spencer hang up with a shy smile on her face. She haven't thought about him in weeks so it's weird to know that she'll see him in a few.
Although she'd like to talk to him before she sees him for real.
She took her phone and dialed a number she haven't dialed in a long time.
It went straight to voicemail.

"Hey Toby it's Spencer. I just got Hanna and she told me that you were hum, going to the party they're throwing on Friday. I'm really glad that you can make it, means a lot to them.
Just wanted to ask you if it were possible to meet you before the party. Maybe tomorrow or the day after that ? You know what, i'm going to buy some food tomorrow at, let's say 3. So if you want to meet just go to the usual store and i'll be there. Maybe we could go for some coffee or something ? Anyway, i'll see you for sure at the party. Bye"

She went to buy some food as planned around 3. She stayed half an hour but no trace of Toby...
She had 2 heavy bags full of stuff of all kind but one of them fell on the floor. She was stressed and kind of clumsy because of this.
She put everything down and tried to pick everything up.

"Need some help with that ?" A masculine voice asked her.

" Do i look like i'm handling this ?" She said sarcastically before raising her head to see the guy.

" Still using sarcasm as a defense mechanism heh ? " He said smiling

"  Toby! You came! " She got up and hugged him.

"Sorry i didn't call you back, my phone was dead i just got back an hour ago so i came as fast as i could "

" That's okay, i'm just glad you came. I thought you were mad at me or something "

" Why would I be? "

" I don't really know, lots of stuff happened so i don't really know how to feel or act towards you. "

" You know what ? You seem to be nervous so what don't you let me help you with this, and then we got relax ourselves around a coffee and talk like you asked "
