Chapter 10

The annoying sound of an alarm was ringing trough the bedroom, waking Lauren up. It took her a second to realize it was hers. She could barely open her eyes as she tried to sit upright in the bed.

She needed to go to school, she was already longing to get back in bed before she even got out of it.

A pillow hit her head, making her enthusiasm to get up decrease even more. "Shut it off." She heard someone grumble.

Lauren raised her hand up in surrender, trying to get the phone form her sitting position. It was without luck, she had her legs tangled with the brunette next to her. It made it impossible for her to move more than her upper body. She knew more people were getting impatient as she tried it once again.

"I'm trying okay." Lauren responded once one person complained again. She went back to her sitting position, gazing over the girl that was still peacefully sleeping. She was pretty sure that when she was going to get her left foot free the girl would be waken up. But she didn't have much choice.

Still she tried to do it as careful as possible. But as soon she move her foot only one bit her eyes shot open, and they were frantically searching for hers. As if she didn't know where she was.

Quickly she cupped the girls face, making a shushing sound to clam her down. She then untangled their legs when she noticed he girl was doing fine and turned of the alarm.

"Good morning." Lauren whispered in a husky voice due her lack of speaking the past hours.
She didn't have to rush so she laid back down on her pillow, facing the girl sideways. The brunette copied her actions, laying together face to face.

They both fell asleep in separates beds. It must have been in the middle of the night when she felt the girl snuggle up to her. She must admit she was a bit freaked out when she felt something moving all of the sudden in her bed, but she recognized the girl in a matter of seconds.She didn't question why the girl was getting with her in bed, instead she allows the girl to come closer to her and put an arm around her to keep her in place.

"Did you sleep well?" Lauren asked, she knew the brunette had trouble sleeping. She's happy that here is at least some progress in it. And it looks like they've made progress again as the girl nods in response.

Thinking about it Lauren slept well too, it was the first time in months that she didn't have a nightmare. Coming to a surprise to Lauren.

"Well we have to get up." Lauren stated getting rid of the blankets, throwing them off her. She puts some warm socks on her feet as she got up. Grabbing her toilet case and already making her way out of the room when she realized the girls isn't following her.

"Come on." Lauren grabbed her arms, getting her to stand up from the bed. She grabbed an extra pair of socks and put it over the girls feet. Next she went over to her nightstand and grabbed her extra toothbrush out the cabin.

"I'll get you your own toiletries after school." Lauren promised her, taking her hand. She guided her out of the room towards the bathroom.

She positioned the brunette in front of the mirror, putting her toothbrush on the right of her, before slipping behind her to get in front of the sink and mirror herself.

She grabbed two towels from the side, and wets them. Giving one to the girl on her right as she gets her toothpaste and toothbrush out of her toiletries.

The girl next to her was looking at her intensely, following her every move. Lauren could read the fear of not knowing what to do in her eyes.
