It wasn't until they were almost home that Lauren thanked her for what she did. "It's not a big deal."Camila reassured her.

"It is to me." Lauren replied, smiling softly at the girl that was walking next to her. "It was brave for you to say that."

They both were quiet for a second before Camila spoke up again. She felt the need to apologize to Lauren. "I'm sorry about calling you my girlfriend. I don't know what else to say."

"I didn't mind it, seriously." Lauren smiled at her, as Camila's cheeks turned a deeper shape of red. She didn't know why she was blushing, she just grew shy under Lauren's gaze.

The silence grew upon them. It wasn't an awkward silence, it was everything else than awkward. It was just the two of them taking in each others presence, enjoying and remembering every small detail, both still had this feeling in the back of their minds I could just be their last evening.

Until their stare off was cut off by Lauren phone, it was ringing in her back pocket. It made Camila look straight ahead wth a faint blush on her cheeks as Lauren looked at the caller ID.

It was her girlfriend, her actual girlfriend.

Someone she didn't want to confront at this moment, because she felt like she was cheating. She had the most perfect night with another woman, another she cared more for than everyone else. A woman different than her girlfriend that she wants to give the world and all the romantic moments. That must be worse than cheating.

Nevertheless Lauren continues, shutting her phone off. When she turns her attention back on Camila she sees the brunette visibly shiver, making her laugh. "You were the one that wanted to walk, don't complain it's cold." Lauren joked, earning Camila's attention.

"Hey I didn't say anything." Camila shots back defensively, crossing her arms around her body. "Yet." She adds after a second, moving her hands up and down her arms, hoping to create a bit of heat front the movement.

"Okay, it's indeed cold. But I don't regret anything."  The girls proudly says, straightening her chest. "Cause I like walking with you." She speaks in a softer tone, holding Lauren eyes captive for a second.

"And you're lucky I like you." Laure answers using the sentence for the second time this evening. She takes her leather jacket of, hanging it around Camila's body.

"You're just going to give it now? We're already walking in my street." She joked, it was the only thing she was able to say as her brain was a mess. The inside of her body felt fuzzy as she needed to process the most romantic thing that ever happened to her. And it was by Lauren's hands, she would remember those hands the rest of her life.

"You know in these romantic movies they say thank you, or something." Lauren objected, it was a big deal for her to do it and she didn't like it that Camila just shrugged it off.

"Ah you're upset I ruined our romantic moment." Camila replied as they were almost at her building. But she only got her eyes rolled at her as response as Lauren puts her hands in her front pockets."Oh come on I was joking Lo." Camila says linking her arm in Lauren's.

Lauren doesn't say anything back, instead she opens the main door to the building for Camila to get in. She can hear Camila fumbling in her bag for her keys, as she pushes the elevator button.

"Uhm hi." Camila greets as Lauren joins her after a minute as she was putting on her jacket again that she got back. She turned in every direction, wondering if there was another presence. When there was no one Lauren looked at the girl, wondering what was going on in that mind of hers.
