~PAYBACK~

Napatiim bagang ako. I looked at her again. Hinang-hina pa rin syang nakaupo at nakasandal sa pader. Nakahawak sya sa leeg nya. I felt her stiffened.

Naglakad ako palapit dun sa bulletin board. Nakakadalawang hakbang pa lang ako when she spoke.

"Hello. Who's this?" Sagot nya sa kabilang linya.

I waited for seconds bago ako nagdesisyong magsalita.

"It's me." Ngumisi ako.

Hindi sya kaagad nakasagot. I knew that he already discovered that I'm the one he made a deal with.

I paused.

And I stood up leaving him there na nakakunot ang noo. But before I could really left, I dialled someone.

It only took few rings before he answered it.

"What?" He asked coldly.

"At my house Lance. Let's talk." And I ended it. I knew he heard me.
