When I had you,
everything I saw,
was bright and colorful.
Everything I heard,
was beautiful and alluring.
Everything I smelled,
was lovely and invigorating.
Everything I tasted,
was sweet and delicious.
Everything I touched,
was soft and delicate.
Now that I've lost you,
Everything I see,
is dull and colorless.
There is nothing worth seeing.
Everything I hear,
is distant and uninteresting.
There is nothing worth hearing.
Everything I smell,
is gut-wrenching and foul.
There is nothing worth smelling.
Everything I taste,
is disgusting and bitter.
There is nothing worth tasting.
Everything I touch,
is jagged and broken.
There is nothing worth touching.
