***2 months later***
I had successfully made it through my first 3.5 weeks of college. I was exhausted. Pre Med was ridiculously hard. I was waiting for 2:45 to hit for my final class to end. It was my 18th birthday finally! Luke had a concert back home so I was flying to meet him there . It was tomorrow but we were celebrating my
Birthday tonight and I couldn't wait to see my
Parents! We also go to meet my nephew! Since John had a paternity test done I was finally excited.

I was doodling in my notebook.

"Kelly. What is the final equation?" Professor Myers said.
"Uhm... I'm sorry sir I do not know..." I said.
"Pay attention..." he said. My friend Jane laughed.
Shut up..." I said.
"Alright class time to leave for the day. Do exercises 1-15 for homework for Monday. Have a good weekend." He said I jumped up.

"Kelly..." professor Myers said. The girls and I stopped and looked.
"Can I see you for a minute?" He asked.
"Shit girl." Laura said.
"Shhh...." I said.
"Have a wonderful weekend with Luke girl!" Jane said.
"Yeah make sure you get some birthday sex" Laura said laughing.
"Happy Birthday Kells" Lexi said.

They all left. I sat up on the table.

"Yes professor?" I asked.
"Kelly I'm concerned about your grades already you are at a D... you know you need a C for all sports correct."
"Professor I'm fine games don't start until October it's 9/11. I'll get it up"
"Maybe this whole dating Luke thing isn't a good thing while in school" he said leaning against his desk. He was a younger guy probably around Luke's age. Everyone thought he was cute.

He reached out to touch my shoulder. I moved.

"Uhm I have to go I'm going to be late"
"Kelly if you ever need tutoring let me know my number is on the syllabus even after hours so your friends don't know." He said and I stormed out.

I was totally freaked out he was hitting on me! How Could I even begin to tell Luke! I texted Luke I was done. I had to call a cab to take me to the airport. I did that and went to the little cafe down the street. The girls had picked me up this morning so I didn't have to drive. I left stuff on Luke's bus before he left again back in July so I didn't have to bring anything. I walked in.

"There she is" the lady Tina said. She's been so seeet to me since I've moved her a mom figure kinda. I found this cafe when I moved out of Luke's I always came for dinner.

She brought out a box. I smiled.

"Tina, you didn't have to." I told her.
"Yes I did and dinner is on us today."
"Tina...you say that every day" I said laughing. I opened the box.
"Oh my goodness." I said as I pulled out a homemade wooden jewelry box. It has my name engraved and my basketball number with a couple pictures engraved on it, one was of me and Luke the other was of me and the boys.

"Tina this is to much." I said sitting in the box "but thank you can I leave it here until I get back?"
"That's right you are going to Luke today!"
"Yes just waiting for the cab."
"Non sense I will take you. What would you like
To go?"
"Tina are you sure?"
"Yes!"
"Just a mushroom burger with pepper jack cheese, with lettuce and mayo."
"Fries or chips."
"Do u have fresh chips ?" I asked smiling she makes homaemade chips and ranch
"Yes I do."
"Those with ranch please."

I landed around 7pm. I got off and saw Luke there. I went running. I dropped my book bag when I got there and jumped into his arms. It felt so good to hug him again.

"Ready to go to your parents house darling?" He asked.
"Wait I thought we were staying at a hotel...." I said upset.
"Uhm...." he said.
"Fine let's goooooo" I said grabbing his hand and dragging him.

He stopped me.

"Trust me on this okay." He said. I smiled and kissed him.

We got on my parents road.

"Close your eyes." He said.
"Excuse me?"
"Close your eyes please."

I covered them with my hands. I felt him pull into the drive way. He put the car in park.

"Keep them covered" he said as I heard his door slam and then mine open. He picked me up and was carrying me.

"Luke what the hell." I said. I felt us going down a hill. Why were we going to the backyard. I heard the gate slam behind us. He sat me on my feet.

"Open" he said. I did and everyone blew party horns and confetti and balloons and yelled happy Birthday. All my close friends from high school where here also both sides of my
Family. I couldn't believe this.i turned and gave him a huge hug.

"Luke I love you I needed this." I said.
"I love you too and I kno."

I turned to see my mom and dad. I ran over I held onto my dad in his tight hug.

"I miss you baby girl."
"I miss you too daddy I can't wait for you to come down and see our new house and then to see my games!" I said excited.
"I can't wait to be there hun"

After I saw my parents I went around seeing everyone even Nikos parents came. By the end of the night it was 2 am whenever the last person left.

"Ready for bed?" He asked.
"Uhm... present?" I said he's been teasing me about this for a good month now.
"Oh of course." He said taking my hand.
"Where are we going?"
"You'll see" he said with a smirk and while holding my hand
