Puppy Love

He took me into the garage. We went to the pool room that was above it.

"Close your eyes " he said. I did as he asked and he took my hand. He led me in. He had me sit on the floor. He left for a minute or two then he came back.

"Okay open your eyes" he said. I opened them and there he stood with a baby husky.
"Ahhhh lukeeee!" I said excited. He put it down. It came running right to me and started kissing me.
"She was able to leave the mom yesterday so she's a brand new puppy. I will let naming her be up to you. I figured since I'm gone so much and you wanted a dog why not get you your favorite."
"Luke I love her! Thank you."

The next morning I woke up to Luke kissing me.

"Hey time to get up and see your parents off." He said. It was still dark out. I looked it was 5am.
"What are you talking about? We just fell asleep like an hour ago."
"Well you did" he said chuckling.
"Huh?"
"I've been up. I had to pack zoey up."
"Where is she going?! I just got her!"
"Back to our house, surprise."

I was confused.

"Your parents are going down remember next week is your home opener. So they figured they would spend a week with you and the boys. Surprise baby."
"Really!?! Are they driving!"
"Yes they are" he said smiling.

I kissed him like 5 times.

"Any other surprises I should know about?"
"Not until tonight" he said winking.

It was 4pm. My phone was blowing up with people wanting me to go out and tailgate.

"Go but don't get to drunk please" Luke said.
"I won't. I'll be back before anyone goes on."
"Stay safe." He said kissing my head.

I jumped in the golf cart with one of Luke's security guys. He dropped me off with my friends.

"Call my cell when you are ready to head back in." He said.
"Thanks Luca!" I said as he left.

"LETS PARTYYYY!" Jake screamed holding up his beer.

630 came faster than I thought it would. Everyone was lining up to go in. Luke was going to his meet and greet so I talked some more before I went in. Whenever I got back to the bus I heard Luke yelling. I stood outside and listenedt.

"Are you kidding me Thomas Boyer!" He screamed I ran in. He was on FaceTime.
"Daddy...." he said crying Luke looked st me furious.
"I'll deal with you later boy." He sad hanging up.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"He caught the curtain on fire in the bedroom... what am I going to do with him kelly?" He asked laying his head back on the couch. I went and sat next to him.

"We will figure it out babe. He's perfect when he's with me. I don't understand why he acts up at your moms house." I said.
"Because he knows mama doesn't like you... I mean she does but ..."
"But she doesn't think I'm the right match for you."
"Exactly..."
"Ever think of a nanny? Only send them to your moms whenever I'm on the road for games?"
"Kelly you need to studying."
"Luke I will be just fine."
"So what a nanny for when you are in classes?"
"Yes, that way they'll be home more I can take care of their baths and such and dinner. I can even ask her or him to stay if need be."
"We will def look into that darling."

I cuddled up next to him. I heard the door open we both looked.

"How goes the tee shirt salesCole?" Luke asked.
"Awesome as usual man. It's crazy out there. But I needed to ask. Did you give some of Kells friends free shirt ticket things?" He said handing him one.
"Yeah, I sent them out with the invite and tickets." He said handing it back.
"Wait you paid for all of them!?" I asked.
"I got like 15 free pit seats. Sent them to all of your close friends and them plus 10 more for free shirts it's okay Kells. Those 10 got lawn passes."
"You truly are amazing."
"I know" he said with a smirk.

It was the second intermission Luke was on next. This felt to good to be true being backstage again at the same place we met. He grabbed me from behind. I jumped.

"Jesus Luke." I said he chuckled.
"Haha I'm sorry darling." He said kissing my neck. "How about you skip classes Monday and Tuesday and stay with me"
"I wish I could Luke my math professor is already being a dick..." I said he turned me around.
"What's he doing?" He said concerned.
"Just flirting and stuff."
"WHAT! Why are you just now telling me this?" He said pissed.
"Luke 5 mins!" His manager said.
"Babe it's nothing I promise."

He just looked at me.

"You probably should get down in the Pit." He said.
"Huh I usually watch from the side..."
"Because you never have a pit full of friends... besides you need to be able to have a full view of the stage for your surprise." He said.
