**Kellys POV**

I was laying on the couch in the family room as the boys watch their cartoons and I was doing homework since I was still doing online classes a My mom ran to the store to get me a few things and dad was cleaning up from breakfast. I heard 2 big trucks. I jumped up... I got super dizzy so I sat back down.

I heard the front door swing open. It hit something. I told everyone to be careful with that. The dog was barking she was out back on the deck.

"Lukeee! Calm down!" I heard mama yell. I got up. The boys looked confuse.
"What's going on?" I heard my dad say. I saw Luke storm into his trophy room. I heard him getting in his gun safe. I went in the door way. Dierks picked me up.

"Dierks what the fuck!" I said kicking for him to put me down.
"Mama and the girls will talk to you, but I need you and everyone else especially the boys to stay clear of his way." He said.

My heart sunk he didn't get them. I leaned against the wall. Miranda help me to a seat in the kitchen.

"F*** HER F*** THAT JUDGE AND F*** THAT JURY!" He screamed. He went outside. I went and looked out the back window. He was going down to the woods in his suit, well... just his pants and shoes and his shirt was untucked he had his jacket and tie off.

Blake and Dierks were running after him. Carter and Mike weren't far behind. Cassidy and Miranda sat me down as Mama and my dad went to the other room.

"Now kelly, before you get upset. Clearly it took forever." Miranda said.
"He lost them." I said crying.
"So listen, he will get them from mid October until mid January, she will get them for 2 weeks because of Crash my playa, then he will get them back from February until the start of May. However the 2 weeks in there for spring break she will get them since he will be gone. She gets them from May until October, with the exception of him getting them for 4 weeks during that time that he has to decide at the beginning of the year... now holidays will be split... but, here's the kicker, since she hasn't had them she will get them next week and keep them until February then he will get them back. He will get them on Christmas this year from 3pm-8pm. They have to meet at a certain spot each time however there was an incident today where she cornered him and trie to get him to sleep with her so the only contact they can have is by texting where it's all on record and their moms will switch the boys off. She is living with her mom so that has to stay in tack, she can not take them on vacation or out of state without Luke knowing, he has to approve however he can take ben wherever without her approval. Now. If Luke has an awards show or something for a night.... they have to go to Luke's moms house, until you guys are married... luke has all medical custody so if something god for bid were to happen he makes all those decisions. They will be checking her moms house randomly also drug testing her randomly.... do you have any questions sweetie?" Cassidy asked me.

"Is Luke okay..." I asked. I was so concerned. I was shaking.
"He will be fine... mama was going to see when your parents are going home so you two can spend all the time you want with the boys."

I got up and looked out the window. Luke's target was basically a big hole. He threw his gun down and fell to his knees. Blake and Dierks ran over. I felt
The tears rolling down my face.

"Is it because of me?" I asked. Cassidy looked away.
"There was concerns with your injury that he didn't have time for the boys.." Miranda said.
"Then I'm going back to PA... those boys mean more to him than me and I'll come back as soon as I get better..." I said.
"Kelly it wasn't all that. That just something her lawyer threw out you weren't even a subject until that."
"He probably hates me...." I said starting to cry.

I heard my mom come in....  Cassidy ran out to her as Miranda hugged me.

Miranda pulled out her phone and was texting something. About 5 mins later I was in Luke's arms. He picked me up and carried me into the living room. He called the boys in. They came running and saw both of us crying...

"Mama...daddy...." they both said. We pulled one of the up on both of our laps.

"Boys... your mama is going to have you guys a lot more." He said. Bo eyes got huge. Tate hugged me.
"Yayyyy mama!" He said. He's only 2, he was only one when Coraline and Luke split..
"No!  No! No!" Bo yelled and ran away.
"Tate looked confused"

Luke got up and grabbed a photo album. He showed Tate.

"That's your real mama tater bug..." Luke said. He had tears in his eyes.
"No she mean!" Tate yelled and scrambled off. Luke laid his head back.
"I can't believe this is happening...." Luke said. I laid my head on his chest.
"Let's take a trip... us and the boys forget the recording forget the interviews. We have a week with them let's take them to Disney."  I said. He was rubbing my head.
"Really?" He asked sitting up.
"Yeah.. let's do it. I'll go pack our stuff now and we will take them and go. I'm sure mama or my
Parents will take the dog."
"I knew I love you for a reason" he said kissing me.
