Late Night Date Night

I was planning to most beautiful date night for Kells. I was having a driver pick her up in a limo. I was going to surprise her with being there. I got us reservations at a pretty fancy restaurant and then had a pretty romantic night at home planned.

I thought I'd mess with her a little bit as ". However I had just landed and was getting in the limo. I sent her a message.

Me: hey beautiful I'm running late at the airport, trying to hurry ran into some issues. All is good. The driver will be there in about half an hour. Just ask for my name at the restaurant I'll be there soon. XOXO love you darling

I was sitting in there in the back of the limo waiting for a text back.

My Love: Hey... maybe we can just skip I don't feel up to it tonight therapy kicked my ass... plus these heels hurt 😞

I sighed.

Me: Kells please we never have a date night anymore... wear flats! Please just go... I'm going either way I'm starved.

I didn't get a response back. As soon as we pulled in I saw her on the porch. She had on a teal dress with white high heels and a white clutch purse. Damn was she beautiful.

I grabbed the dozen of pink roses and slid to the door. He opened the door. I got out in a full suit. She got the biggest smile and almost started crying. I laid the roses down on the roof and picked her up and hugged her.

"I missed you so much Kelly." I said. She wouldn't let go of me. I could tell she was crying. I put her on her feet. I wiped the tears away.

"Darling..." I said.
"Luke I hate you being gone" she said holding onto me again.
"I'm home for awhile now Kells. Just us..."
"I want the boys here" She said crying even harder.
"Me too.... hey let's go get some good dinner."

We got into the limo. I'm handed her a glass of wine.

"Really?" She asked. I haven't let her drink since the accident.
"You're off all of the meds. Yes." I said smiling.

She pulled me over and started making out with me.
"Let's skip dinner and go straight to dessert" she said. It was so tempting.

Whenever we were done eating we were waiting for the bill... after we paid we went back out to the limo. We were going to ride around and talk.

As soon As the door closed she was kissing me and started undoing my tie. I stopped her as she sat on top of my lap.

"Kells I don't have anything On me." I said.
"I don't care pull out, stay in. Whatever Luke but I need you right now."
"Just slow down darling." I said rubbing her back.
"Do u not like our sex life anymore? Because you sure do know how to ruin the moment and you do it a lot anymore."
"You can't get pregnant right now Kelly... if I could have a baby with you this second I would... but you've avoided us talking all night."

"What do you want to talk about Luke? How I can never play basketball again so I have to coach or how my ex best friend is getting married before me...." She asked. She got off pissed and sat on the opposite seat of me.

"You saw that huh...."

"Of course I saw it luke. They had a million pictures up! And a date posted!" She yelled.
"Kelly I didn't want to fight tonight... I have one more thing planned so you want to do it or no?"
"What's it involve."

I just looked at her.

"What haven't you been in in awhile?" I asked her.
"Your life!" She said rudely. I rubbed my face.
"I'm sorry... but seriously..."
"Idk your truck?" She said.
"Love how you didn't even see it missing."
"I don't go into the garage like I haven't been cleared to drive."
"I have clothes in there for us. My dad took it
Last night. Just please trust me..."
"Fine..."
"You don't want to coach do you?" I asked her.
