What is this atmosphere?
Why do I feel like I'm about to be killed?
Or just pounced on and beaten up?
"What is it?" I asked.
"Explain," Duke deadpanned.
"What am I explaining exactly?"
"Why I caught your eyes on my boyfriends butt!" He screamed.
"I wasn't looking at his butt Duke!" I yelled back.
"Oh yes you were! You were probably thinking about touching it and tying him up and doing naughty things!"
"To put it bluntly, you're assuming that I want to have sex with your boyfriend because you're assuming I was looking at his ass."
"Yes! You wanna do the deed! I know you do! I know your kind!"
"Well you're certainly incorrect."
"Hmm," he glared at me.
"Fine," he sighed. "You don't seem like a liar. Plus you don't give off any gay vibes so I'll take your word for it.
Oh god.
I am terribly sorry Duke.
I've just completely lied to you.
I'm terrible.
Yeah I kind of want to steal your boyfriend from you and have him to myself.
Yeah I kind of want to tie him up and do dirty things.
But I also just want to make him smile.
Take him to his favorite stores.
Watch him play arcade games and go absolutely crazy when he loses Pac-man.
I want to watch him get angry at a worker for not giving him the right size of fries.
I want to do everything with him.
"Good morning everyone! Guess what today is?!" Felix jumped out from his room with a cheerful expression.
"This is rare. A cheerful morning for Felix Michaelson," Misty observed.
"That is because today Mystic Battles 3 comes out on the Xbox!" he squealed.
"Nerd," Misty mocked.
"Misty you do not understand! The main character is like...the hottest guy ever! I'd ditch Duke for him if the guy was real!"
"Really funny Felix!" Duke yelled from the other room.
"Umm...anyways! The storylines are also amazing! It's not your average video game and it's honestly just perfect!"
"Don't you have to go meet with your editor for one of your books today?" I asked.
"I told him I was sick!"
"Fucking liar!"
"Who hasn't lied to their editor once or twice?!" he giggled.
"Good god Felix," I jokingly rolled my eyes.
"Well since we're all off today, how about we all go wait in line with you to get the game?" Duke suggested.
"Oh yeah! That would be so fun!" Felix cheered. "Let's do it!"
"You don't have to come though, Owen. I know you're not really into going in public."
"Huh? No? I'll come!" I exclaimed.
