I'm overthinking this.
There's no ducking way Wyatt would be here. He wouldn't even know I was living here, let alone would want to follow me to this city.
And yes I said ducking, Felix got me doing it.
I haven't seen Wyatt in almost 3 years now, why would he come back out of the blue.
Last time I saw him...he asked me to join his gang.
It was right when I got out of the mental hospital and I was finally a mentally stable man. I thought he came to welcome me back. But he didn't. Unlike me, he didn't improve. If anything, he became much worse than when he was a child.
He even told me his gang already killed several people and harassed dozens.
He was twisted and terrified me. I declined his offer to join his gang because violence was something I was drilled into being afraid of. It frightened me now to the point I couldn't even play Call of Duty or any violent video game for that matter.
Blood...
It was a terrifying sight.
"Yo dude, you good?" Roland suddenly approached me. "You look pale."
"Oh yeah. Didn't get much sleep," I weakly smiled.
Wyatt.
What the fuck do you want from me now?!
"I know it's stupid to keep asking you to parties but you really should come this time. There's one tonight at Annie's place."
A party.
Maybe I should go.
"Yeah okay. Is it okay if I invite someone?"
"Of course! Is it someone special?" He winked at me.
"Actually yes," I grinned.
"Awesome! Can't wait to meet him! Like I've seen him on tv but...ya know'"
A party.
I haven't been to one in forever.
Parties just never sounded fun to me.
Who would get drunk just to have fun? It damaged the liver and impaired judgment. How is that fun?
"Cool. It's at 9. But I'll give you some advice, no one shows up til 10."
"Thanks man," I said.
"No problem Owen."
Would Felix even want to go?
He was as much of a hermit crab as I was.
Sure he loved his work but that's a totally different thing.
He only ever had to talk to five people at a time at the most, and that was only once a week.
Has he ever even been to a party?
You: Hey Felix. There's a college party tonight. Wanna come?
Felix The BB: Sure I guess. What time? Are we just gonna meet up there or meet somewhere else before then?
You: Whatever is best for you!
Felix The BB: Okay I'll meet you there. I have something to do before it anyways
You: I love youu♡♡♡
Felix The BB: love you too
Why does it make me so happy when he says that?!
