I don't want to get up.

I just want to lay around all day.

I cannot believe I actually fucking confessed to Felix.

The worst part was that he didn't say anything.

He couldn't.

Right when I confessed, Misty and Duke came out and the two of us have had to act like nothing happened for a whole week now.

I wish I could say I knew what he was thinking but I had absolutely no idea at all.

I wanted to ask him about it, but it was almost as if he was avoiding being alone with me.

"Good afternoon everyone," Misty walked into the house. Everyone glanced up, and went back to what they were doing.

Felix was playing his new video game, I was on my phone, and Duke was playing with his green fidget spinner.

"What the hell have you guys been doing all day?! The house is a mess!" Misty snapped.

"I must get to level thirty so I can get a machine gun," Felix said without looking away from the screen.

"It's hot as fuck outside, and when it's hot, motivation leaves me," I said.

"Spinny...spinny!" Duke cheered.

"Jesus Christ, why did I decide to move in with a bunch of men?"

"Because girls refuse to live with you because you're gay," Felix stated.

"I'm not even gay. I wish I was though, men are so gross..."

"Are you sure? Where's your boyfriend to prove you're straight?" Duke sighed.

"I'm allowed to be straight and single!"

"Mmkay," I joined in.

"Oh come on Owen. I thought you'd be decent to live with."

"Well now I'm more comfortable here so now I can be a lazy fuck and not care."

"You SHOULD care?! You're a 20-year-old man! You might find a sweetheart and get married soon! Try to be more reliable!"

"Leave him alone, he'll be just fine," Felix commented.

Did he really just say I'd be fine for my spouse? Felix what the hell?

You know I have a crush on you, and you say something like that?

Weirdo!

"I don't really think Felix has a say in that," Misty smirked. "You'd be like the worst person to be with. You get grumpy when you're hungry and tired and you're a video game addict. Not to mention you suck at saving money. Literally you're a child, Felix."

"My baby is perfect the way he is!" Duke was about to grab Felix in his arms, but Felix smacked him away.

"No physical contact while I'm playing!"

"Can I hug you if I let you borrow my fidget spinner?"

"Tempting," Felix paused his game and turned to Duke, glaring.

This is a joke right?

They're not making a deal of affection over a fidget spinner are they?

Duke spinned it right in Felix's face and that's when he gave in and grabbed the spinner from Duke's hands.

"Oh yay!" Duke tackled Felix and hugged him tightly as Felix was focused on the fidget spinner.
