'You ready to go?' Wilmer asks as Demi glances around the empty house.
'I guess... It seems so big in here now.' Demi replies and Wilmer nods his head.
'I'm going to double check all the windows are locked and then we'll go see everyone at Joe's, okay?' He says kissing the side of her head before making his way upstairs.
'This was our first proper home. This was where we brought your big sister home to, where she took her first steps and said her first word. We were so happy here but I know we'll be happy at the new house as well.' Demi says softly as she brushes her hand against her stomach.
'Shall we go then?' Wilmer asks making his way back downstairs.
'Yeah.' Demi replies quietly. Linking her fingers through hers she takes a deep breath before turning and leaving the house.
'I think we should tell everyone about the baby before we move and I'd like to announce it online.' Demi says and Wilmer nods his head.
'Of course.' He replies closing the front door for the final time.

'Hey.' Sophie says smiling as Demi and Wilmer make their way into the house.
'Hi.' Demi replies quietly.
'How are you feeling?' Sophie asks and Demi shrugs her shoulders.
'It's strange to be leaving but I know that it'll be worth it.' Demi replies as Kelsey makes her way over with Charlotte balanced on one hip and Teddy, her little boy, balanced on the other hip.
'It will. We'll miss you.' Kelsey says and Demi nods her head.
'We'll miss you all as well. Wilmer and I actually have some news to share with you all before we go.' Demi replies. She glances around the room and instantly gains everyone's attention as she takes Charlotte into her arms.
'We've kept this to ourselves for a while because things were a bit rocky at the beginning but everything seems to be okay now and we don't want to have to tell anyone over the phone... Charlotte is going to be a big sister!' Demi says.
'No way!' Sophie squeals.
'How far along are you?' Kelsey asks.
'Nearly twenty weeks.' Demi replies smiling.

'I'm gonna miss you.' Nick says as Demi moves to hug him.
'You can come visit whenever you want and we'll come back when we can.' Demi replies wrapping her arms around him.
'Once you're settled in and I've got a break I'll come out, okay?' He says and she nods her head.
'I can't thank you enough for everything you've done over the years for me, Nick. When things were tough with Wilmer you were my rock.' She says and he smiles slightly.
'You don't have to thank me. I'm still going to be here for you... Just you keep being the amazing mom that you and once the kids are all grown up we'll tour again, okay?' He says and she nods her head.
'I love you.' She almost whispers.
'I love you too.' He replies. Letting go of him she waves at everyone one last time before getting into the awaiting taxi where Charlotte is already strapped in.
'Where to?' The driver asks once both Wilmer and Demi have done their seatbelts up.
'LAX please.' Wilmer replies smiling.
'Together?' Demi asks as she pulls out her phone.
'Together.' Wilmer replies and they both begin to post on Instagram.
