Ok, so I have decided, in order for me to update, this chapter needs to get AT LEAST five or more comments.

At the beginning of Lost Girl, I received almost twelve comments and up.

If it does not get that many comments in a week's time, then i'll just post the next chapter anyways.

Chapter 10

Aeris' POV

Raevanna said that the spell, the one that James has, or had, would be easy, but I was surprised on how fast the locator spell worked.

The five of us cautiously walk into the dark palace where no sound was made.

Larissa groaned. "What if the spell didn't work? What if they're not here?" She questions, sniffing the air.

"Why is she sniffing the air?" Adam whispers in my ear.

"Remember," I snap, the image of the she wolf that Adam scared away the first time we met, "The wolf?"

"Oh," he nods, "That's right."

"Yep, I can't catch a scent." Larissa finished, opening her eyes to look back at us.

Raevanna shook her head in disagreement. "The locator spell said that James is here, in the Queen's castle."

Footsteps echoed throughout the castle halls, causing all of us to draw our weapons. "Oh, he's here alright." Kyle remarks, his brown eyes sparkling in the faint light of the torches on the wall.

"Where?" I ask, glaring at him,

Before Kyle could speak, Adam ran down the halls and disappeared.

Suddenly, there's a loud crash, and one of the twins comes sliding across the floor. He stands up with a scowl.

"I can't get passed the barrier. My brother is defiantly here." Adam remarks, making eye contact with all of us.

A grip on my arm made me wince. Clasped to my wrist was a black colored bracelet.

Adam had noticed the bracelet. "You have that bracelet, so that means you have no magic."

"Well, shit." I mumbled under my breath, examining the black bracelet. "Can't you just take it off?"

He shook his head. "Only the person who put it on can remove it."

Raevanna grabs my wrist. "Hey, i've seen this bracelet before." This made all of us look at her in confusion. "My father had me deliver a whole box of these to the Charmings."

"Great, then that means that only the Dark One can get it off." Adam says dryly, facing towards the invisible barrier.

This made me think. Hmmm... I wonder...

"What if someone from his bloodline could get it off?" I spoke up, my eyes darting to Raevanna. Thank god the Dark One's daughter was here.

Adam turns back to face us. He ponders his thoughts for a moment. I remember our kiss, just before he left us. Ass.

Adam points to each one of us as he speaks. "Worth a shot. Kyle, wolf girl, you're with me. Dark One's daughter stay with Aeris."

"We have names, you know." Larissa grumbles, grabbing her bow and arrows.

"You know I don't care, right?" Adam snaps, smirking. Well, someone's in a bad mood.

Larissa huffs, starting to speak, but I put my arm out in front of her, cutting her off. "One, don't piss Adam off now, just do what he says, and two, give me the bow and arrow. You can turn into a wolf, at least let me have a weapon."

With a low growl, she hands me the bow and arrow, following the Lost Boys.

I turn to Raevanna. "Ok, Raevanna get this off."

Raevanna took a deep breath before nodding. "Focus," she tells herself, "let the magic come in."

After a couple seconds, her hand glows purple. She looks up at me with a slight chuckle, touching the bracelet.

But nothing happens. I sigh.

"I'm sorry, Aeris." She mutters.

I give her a weak smile, glancing from her to the bracelet. "It's okay. It wasn't your fault."

Adam's POV

This barrier spell is really starting to piss me off. My fist glowing red, I pounded harder on the forcefield. "Ugh!" I groaned, giving up on the whole thing.

"I don't think growling will magically make the forcefield to disappear." Kyle snickers, raging me.

Instead of taking it out on Kyle's smart ass, i motioned to hit the barrier again. This time, however, what do you know, magically disappeared.

I stumbled forward with a smug expression towards Kyle, who stuck his tongue out like a child.

"You two are adorable," Larissa says with no enthusiasm in her voice whatsoever.

Rolling my eyes, I step foreword the same moment James stepped out of a room. Immediately I ran to him.

"Dude what the hell hap-" Before i could finish my sentence, a loud cracking noise filled the castle halls. It took me an minute to realize that the cracking noise was coming from James punching me in the face, breaking my nose.

"What the hell-" A tight grip on my throat shut me up.

James' hand turned red as he lifted me off my feet, throwing me like a rag doll hard against the nearest wall.

I couldn't get up. Every time I tried, James kept pushing me back down.

"James enough it's me." He kicked me in the face, "It's your brother." With a split second her froze, but quickly impacted on me again.

"Come on Adam, fight back." James commanded, lifting me up and pinning me with one hand as he used the other to punch me repeatedly.

"Fight back!"

Aeris' POV

I kept telling Raevanna that it was fine, but she kept putting herself down, telling herself that I failed her. "Raevanna-"

"AERIS!" Larissa came running towards us with wide eyes.

"What happened?" I questioned when she reached us.

She paused, taking deep breaths before continuing. "It's the twins."

Raevanna and I followed her down the narrow hallway and into what seemed like a dining room, but way bigger.

My eyes widened as I witness James beating the living shit out of Adam.

"James knock it off!" Even though I don't have any magic, I cling against James from behind, attempting to pull him off, but he's stronger than I thought.

I got roughly pushed off and thrown against the wall.

"Bitch!" I growled, clutching my stomach in deep pain.

James walked over to me, looking like a zombie.

"Leave her alone," Adam's face is stained red but his voice came out strong.

"Look who decided to fight back." James chuckles, now facing his brother.

Adam's hands form two fists, glowing dark red. He cracked his knuckles loudly as James stepped foreword.

"Alright brother, let's what damage you can really do."
