"It seems that I'm very well known." Morgause smirked.
I gave her a shrug, "I've only heard of you from Uther. But not much. I'm sure the rest of your past would not want to be heard."

Morgause nodded, "How much do you hate Uther Pendragon?"
My expression grew serious, "He has forced me to marry a person I don't even know and he treated me like a lapdog than a real Captain of the Royal Guard."

"Yes, I've heard of your upcoming wedding with Sir Leon, the overly gracious and loyal knight to Uther and Arthur." Morgause rolled her eyes.
"Morgana told me that there will be a jousting tournament in honor of my wedding. I just need to be absent so it will be postponed." I told her.

"Will there?" Morgause shot a knowing glance at Morgana, then she turned her attention to me, "You will lead our army for the meantime. Then we will march upon Camelot."
"W-why me?" I stuttered.

"You've beaten Cenred. Now it is time to finish Uther." Morgana piped up.
I narrowed my eyes, and balled my hands into a tight fist, "As much as I hate Uther, I cannot do this." I told her, walking back to Camelot.

-

I entered Camelot through the back door and back up into my chambers without being seen at all. Uther was there talking to Leon, which I was very surprised when I closed the door behind me.
"Where have you been?" Uther asked.

I can't say strolling in the woods, can I? So I just said, "Feeding Storm?" It was hard to keep the uneasy feeling away from Uther, I mean, he's the King.

"What a lovely name for a lovely warhorse." He agreed, pouring water from a jug into a cup and drank it himself.

I frowned, What is this all about? I thought. "Yes, thank you very much. I named him myself when I was a child." I told him, at first he looked around my room, then as I was getting impatient, I asked, "What is this about?"

"You are to patrol the woods. Take a few men with you and you are to be back by dawn tomorrow." Uther said.
"Now?" I asked him.
"Yes, of course. Now."
"For what purpose?" I asked again.

"You ask too many questions. We are to be cautious of what comes next." Uther waved a dismissive hand at me.
I looked at him in disbelief at first but then followed his order and left the chambers. I was looking forward for some bedtime, I grumbled underneath my breath.

I quickly ordered my horse to be saddled, and as I was going out, I met Lancelot on the way. He flashed me a smile, but he was totally weirded out on what the adventure was.

"Uther orders a patrol to be done. And I were to be back before dawn." I told him, and Storm scratching at the ground with his hoof impatiently underneath me. I took a glance at the knights who will be coming with me.

"Safe journey back, Captain," he smiled again.
"Thank you, Lancelot." I swung on the saddle, "Would you take care of Leon for me while I'm gone?"
"My pleasure. But I'm sure he won't be needing any taking care of." He answered.

I grabbed the reins, and looked back at him, "Believe me. He is annoying." Once all the knights have swung on their saddles, I kicked my horse into a trot out of the courtyard, leading the small troop of men behind me.

-

We arrived in the meadows. It was very dark and we can barely see an object. I trust Storm very well on this journey that he'd lead me to safety.
But then one of the knights' horses must have stepped on something, because after it happened, all of the knights except me and one more got snapped up by a net which then is hung up above.

I let out a scream when something pulled me away from my saddle and I landed on a heap of leaves. Sensing my absence on the saddle, Storm reared up and let out a neigh, and the other horses began to panic.

"Here, here. Listen now," A very familiar voice came. Morgause. She stroked Storm in the mane, though I could sense him quivering under her touch, being a good horse he is, he stayed perfectly still.

Morgana emerged from the shadows and caught the knight who wasn't hung with her magic, "A lucky knight you are. All safe and unharmed. Go, warn the King, Arthur and the others. And tell them to make it quick, if they want to see their Captain alive." She sneered, then released him to ride on Storm galloping back to Camelot.

I got up and brushed the leaves off of my shoulders, "Well played. It wasn't my fault I ended up in here. It was Uther's." I rolled my eyes.
"Guess you wouldn't have to attend the tournament now, do you?" Morgause smiled.
I let out a scoff, "Those knights of Camelot aren't foolish. They'll know now that it would be a trap. You need something to get away with that."

"How about this?" Morgana suggested, she picked up a mandrake root from the ground, "We lure them into a trap, then destroy them with their nightmares."
