Gwen and I walked down the corridor. She chatted with me as we did. About what really happened to her lady Morgana. When I told her she was the source of the sleeping Camelot residents, she was mortified. And I also told her Merlin did what he must and killed her for good.

I paused and pursed my lips when she brought up the subject about 'Leon'. I made a noise underneath my breath, "Uhm...we are going a bit well." I answered.

I don't know. That guy is hard to show his emotions. You won't know whether he really likes you or just like you as a friend. Gwen looked at me expectantly, and frowned when she saw my expression, "Aurora?"

"No," I said. "Our relationship is a bit...I don't know. Rough? I can't explain. I'm still a Captain, and he's a knight of Camelot." My shoulders sagged.

"I know Leon. My mother works in Sir Leon's household." Gwen told me.

"Does that mean he is nobility?" I asked. "Wait, never mind. That's a stupid question. All knights are nobility before Arthur changed the law."

Gwen gave me a nod, "He is. He is also a skilled fighter. Camelot is really lucky to have him."

"How about your relationship with Arthur? How's it going?" I asked, with a teasing voice.

"Stop," she laughed, "It's just like your relationship with Leon. His father will never let him marry a lowly servant like me."

I took her hands in mine, "If Uther lets a knight marry a Captain, why not let a Prince marry a generous and kind-hearted servant?" I suggested.

"Uther will never let that happen." Gwen sighed.

"I don't even want to get married." I grumbled under my breath, "I want them to treat me more than just a Captain. I really got hit pretty hard when Lancelot died."

"He is a good friend," Gwen agreed.

I let out a sigh, "Anyway. Shall we get going?"

Gwen nodded, "I hear there is going to be a jousting tournament this afternoon."
I clapped my hands together. "Really? That'd be interesting."

Uther reminded the contestants about the rules of jousting before starting. First it will be Leon and another knight. It will be twice going back and forth.

Jousting is held in the jousting pitch Uther has provided for contestants, which is a cool thing too because I usually practise there, and it's actually where I first met Leon. Almost accidentally releasing an arrow at him, of course, instead of the target.

I watched intently. Since I won't be sitting in the royal box like Uther, I would just be waiting for Leon to dismount before going on another round.

Merlin and Gwen joins me, happy like little puppies. They actually covered my gaze of the new maidservant I had just bumped into a while ago, and she had gotten pretty mad about it.

"What is that girl doing?" Gwen followed my gaze, watching the maidservant, more carefully now. The girl was sneaking into Leon's tent, and I decided to investigate.

I padded my way across the grass to follow the girl. Gwen and Merlin are behind me. I stalked inside like a silent jaguar, and spotted her pouring something into a jug.

"Whatever do you think you're doing?" I demanded.

I saw her jump, and the jug dropped from her hands and spilled on the ground. She turned and her skin turned ghostly white when she saw me, "M'lady! I didn't see you coming..." she stammered.

I narrowed my eyes at her, and drew my sword, "What do you have in your hands and what are you trying to put in the jug?" I asked.

Merlin scurried to examine the jug's contents while Gwen rushes to find Arthur. I kept my sword pointed it on her, "I will not hurt you unless you tell me what you are going to tell me what you are putting into the jug."

"My name is Sefa...and I-I..I work for my f-father," she began, "H-he ordered me to do this..I-I don't know anything about him...just that he is a k-kind loving father."

"Well, Sefa. You'll have to answer to the court. Not me." I told her. "And by the way, I am not royalty. You are lucky and unlucky at the same time because I'm the Captain of the Royal Guard." I stretched my palm out, "Give me the poison."

Sefa placed a small vial of clear blue liquid on my hand with shivering hands, "I mean no harm, Captain..I was just following my father's orders." She stuttered.

I sheathed my sword, "Let's see what the Prince has to say about this." I handed the vial to Merlin, and said, "Ask Gauis if he can figure out what this is." Then I turned to Sefa, and grabbed her wrists, "You, girl, stay here and wait." I took a rope from the nearest table and binded her wrists together.

Sefa let out a discouraged sigh. I would never want to see her executed.
