4 years later...

"Ma'am, 15 minutes na lang po, mag-start na yung show." sabi sa akin ng isa sa stage director ng show.

"Okay, thanks!" sagot ko. Tumango naman siya at isinara ang pinto.

Ni-retouch ako ng kaonti ng make-up artist nila, matapos nito ay pumunta na ako sa set. Magiliw na binati naman ako ng host ng show na si Portia.

"I'm happy that I finally met the person behind the very famous Cake o' clock." bati niya at nakipag-kamay.

"The pleasure is mine actually, thanks to your show, mas dumami ang naging interesado sa cake shop ko." sabi ko.

Well, after 4 years, I found out that I'm into baking pala. Nung una trip ko lang dahil wala akong magawa pagkatapos kong mag-resign sa dati kong trabaho. Ginamit ko ang ipon ko at nagtayo ng isang cake shop, hanggang sa lumago ito at nagkaroon ng 5 branches around metro.

"Camera will roll in one minute!" sigaw ng director.

"Let's sit comfortably na, I think you know na naman na how we'll start, right?" sabi ni Portia.

"Yeah, I've been watching your show since then, alam ko na ang gagawin ko." sagot ko.

The camera man signaled us that they'll start any moment now. When the lights of the cameras turned red, we smiled at it and I know that it's recording now.

"Goody good morning, people of the universe! It's almost Christmas, do you feel now the Christmas breeze?" she said.

"Yes!!" sagot naman ng audiences.

"And in every noche buena and media noche tables, we can surely see different foods. Some of us prefer having hamons, some people like to have their quezo de bolas, other people's noche buena table wouldn't be complete without their favorite pastas. But aside from those foods, little did we know, that there's another one that we always see in our noche buena or media noche tables, right? Who loves cakes here?" she said.

Nagtaas naman ng mga kamay ang audiences, "Cakes are our favorites, especially kids. And today, we are very lucky to have here with us the person behind the 'Cake o' clock' which has been the talk of the town for its delicious and beautiful cakes. Everyone, around of applause for Ms. Erhailah Millen." sabi niya. Automatic naman na pumalakpak ang audiences.

I smiled at them and also at the camera, "Good morning to everyone who's here with us and also good morning to those who are at home, watching us." I greeted with a lively voice.

"I'm really happy to see you in person. I just want you to know that I'm really in love with your cakes, especially your Strawberry cheesecake!" she said.

Napatawa naman ako ng bahagya, "Talaga ba? Then, I'll be sending to you later some strawberry cheesecake." sabi ko.

She giggled and continued talking/interviewing me. Nagtanong siya ng mga karaniwang tanong sa mga interview katulad ng anong inspiration ko sa pagtayo ng shop, what's our bestsellers, and what more can the consumers expect from our shop.

"Alam niyo bang napaka-swerte natin dahil ngayon araw ay tututruan niya tayo kung paano gumawa ng no-bake Oreo cheesecake. Let's go to our kitchen na!" sabi ni Portia.
