Name: Saga Ström
Gender: Female
Age: 25
Location: Stockholm, Sweden, as of a few years ago. She was raised in the river city Karlstad but moved east after graduating from the local university. Saga shares a flat in the suburbs with two other girls, biking into the city for work.
Occupation: Aspiring DJ. To make rent, she works as a market researcher at an advertising agency.
Physical Appearance: Saga is a tall girl, 175 cm barefoot and even taller in her favorite boots and heels. Though she's naturally a dark brunette, she dyes her choppy, short hair herself every couple of months; in the spring and summer months, it's usually bleached, but she explores reds and oranges come autumn and blues and purples in the wintertime. Her eyes are a deep brown color and fairly small, overshadowed by her sharply-defined, dark brows. Her nose, large with a downward slant, is her most prominent feature. Saga's skin, though paler on a global scale, is on the darker side for a Swede. For work reasons, her nails are never painted, but she expresses herself at night by sporting bold eye makeup and facial contour. Her smile is wry. Her laugh is short and sudden. If you watch her resting expression for a couple seconds, you might assume she has a secret, though you won't be sure why; if she catches you staring, she'll hold eye contact, and her lips will turn up just slightly, and you'll be hit with the sensation that you already know her secret—you've always known it, but you can't for the life of you remember it. You probably never will.
Personality: Saga doesn't speak often. She doesn't need to; her aura speaks for her, an air of knowledge and self-assuredness that follows her from work to home to the club. She seems to have watched every TV show, listened to every album, and read every bit of news that her flatmates or colleagues bring up, which must be impossible, considering that the only programs people ever see on her computer screen are Microsoft Excel and FL Studio. She's insightful about pop culture and current events, though, and brings a grounded perspective whenever her opinion is asked. Saga's flatmates consult her religiously for dating advice, but they've never actually seen her with a romantic partner or heard of any of her past relationships. A coworker has conjectured several times that she's never dated anyone, ever; when someone mentioned this to Saga's face, she only laughed. Saga may come across as aloof, but she's actually quite passionate about her friends and her jobs. She helps wherever she can, at work and at home; somehow she makes time for everyone in her life. Saga's flatmates enjoy watching her DJ on Fridaynights, partially because she's their friend, partially because some part of her comes to life under the flashing lights. Friday nights are magic. Each week, after all the fun has ended and the girls have wandered back to their quiet suburb, Saga's flatmate wonders if the glowing, grinning, magnetic being on stage was only a dream, a dream that dissolved beneath the streetlights and the dimly-burning stars.
Values: Saga values passion. Without that feeling, life becomes hollow and purposeless. The subject of Saga's passion may change, but the feeling never does; she'll chase that feeling as long as she's alive.
