As explained prior to this posting, we've abandoned the scoring system and moved onto a system of byes - otherwise known at automatic passes into the next task, given to those entries we thought were strongest here. For quarterfinals, we've given four - and, unfortunately, those remaining four who don't receive a bye will be going up to vote. Before that, though, we should probably let each of you know who will be moving onto semifinals no matter what.
Please note that these decisions took us a pretty long freakin' time, and took quite a bit of compromise because each of your entries was just that good.
