"I want sugar! Like right now!" you exclaim shaking your hands and hopping on your feet wanting to get rid of the extra spicy taste in your mouth.
Irene questions innocently, "Was it that bad?"
You glare at her shooting daggers in her face. If looks could kill, she would have been dead by now. You grabbed a bottle of cold water and emptied it while making a mental note in your head to not permit Irene to step into the kitchen again, let alone allowing her to cook something.
"Guys, I need jam," Jimin states plainly. You and Irene turn to look at him. He is standing with a packet of bread in his hand. You glare at him as well for his ignorant remark at an inappropriate time.
"What?" he asks defensively. "I was hungry so I thought of making sandwiches. Since, you know, I'm definitely not gonna have that."
He points towards the meal that Irene had tried to cook.
"After this disaster, I'm just going to wait for Jin to show up! I don't trust any of you with cooking!" you say.
You have come along with your friends to Irene's dad's cabin for a small vacation. You have recently graduated from school and are about to join the university. That is why you and your friends had decided to spend a few days together before everyone went to different colleges. You, Irene, and Jimin had reached the cabin in the morning while the others had not arrived yet.
"Hey everyone!" you hear a familiar voice. You turn around feeling really relieved to see your other friends. Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, and Nayeon are standing in the hallway. You immediately go and give Jin a long, tight hug.
"I am sure you missed me," Jin remarks patting your head. He tends to treat you like his little sister.
"Of course, I did! We are all starving after all!" Everyone laughs hearing that.
Jin pouts and Namjoon remarks, "Now, aren't you such a girl?"
Everyone laughs yet again. All your friends really love to tease Jin. Irene asks all of them to freshen up quickly. You and Irene show them their rooms. You are sharing one with Nayeon and Irene. Jimin helps in bringing the luggage inside.
Once everyone settles down, Jin and Nayeon cook food for everyone. After lunch, Irene, Jin, Namjoon, and Yoongi decide to head outside in the woods.
"Oh, even I want to join you guys!" You say excitedly.
"No," Namjoon answers rather adamantly. "It's not for you. It's better if you stay here along with Nayeon and Jimin."
