Chapter 7 - Beach Time

Nina's POV

I accidentally slept when I laid down, about 15 minutes later Candice came and yelled at me but then was reliefed when I told her I was ready. I quickly added natural makeup and made sure all the products were waterproof.

Turns out Michael and Claire had already rented a mini van for us. The boys were going to take turns on driving, when I reached the car all the seats were taken except for the ones in the back so I just sat there with Joseph.

We all chatted together until we got to St Kilda beach. The view was gorgeous!

Little children running around, teens playing volleyball and some were tanning. We walked further until we found the perfect spot.

Quiet, but not too quiet.
"Okay so this is the one!" Paul said.
We all agreed and laid our things down.

"Guys my cousin is coming over you won't mind right?" Claire while texting on her phone.

"Not at all" Zach and Kat answered for us. Candice nodded then went back to texting.

"This view is amazing" I said smiling.

"Yeah, it reminds me of when I was younger" Michael said and he looked like he was smiling at a memory.

"It reminds me of the time we were in Malibu! When Steven burned all the lanterns and almost burned himself to death." Candice burst out from laughing and we all did.

I love this! It was just us, friends or even possibly family. We continued joking and tanning for at least an hour, the guys and kat then decided to swim while the rest just sat in the sand.

I felt my mouth get dry a minute later.
Lemonade!
That's exactly what I need!

"Guys i'm gonna go get me a drink you want anything?"

Joseph, Claire and Steven asked for a bottle of water. I got my cardholder and walked away.

After a good 5 minute walk, I reached a nice small pit.

"What can I get you?" The guy asked.

"Lemonade and 3 bottle waters, please" I replied.

He nodded. He looked up then his eye widened. "Hey I know you! You were in that movie! Whats it called again? Married and young?"

"Too young to marry" I corrected him and smiled.

"Yes that!" He grinned. "Oh and by the way, I suggest you try the pink lemonade one. It's much better"

"Okay then."

He got me the bottles and poured the pink lemonade.

"It's on the house"

"You sure?" I asked. I felt bad not paying.

"Yes, I am!" He replied.

"Thank you!"

"You wouldn't if I took a picture with you, would you?" He asked.

I hesitated. I didn't want my friends to be mobbed. I hope he won't post it on any of the social media for the next few hours.

"Not at all" I smiled.

"Great." he said and ran to the back probably to grab his phone and came back. He turned on the front camera and smiled for the first picture and ended up taking about 5 selfies. I laughed then kissed his cheek for the last one.

He blushed terribly and I giggled.

"Thank you so much" he said, still blushing.

"You're welcome, Luke" I said while reading the name tag, "see you around later maybe." I waved then got out.
