Chapter 60 - Why?

"I wish you'd come to Bulgaria with me." I frowned looking at Ian. Unfortunately he's leaving today.

"I know, baby. Maybe next time. We'll go together to every single place that comes to our mind during the br-" he was cut off by my phone ringing. "Go on, answer it."

"It can wait." I smiled at him as I hit the decline button on my phone and motioned for him to continue.

"As I was sa-" again, my phone rang, "It could be important." Ian told me, "Answer it Neen."

"It's an unsaved number." I said, confusedly, showing the screen to Ian.

"I'll answer it, then." He shrugged and I handed him the phone, "Hello, who's this?"

I saw hid nod a couple of times before handing me the phone and mouthing, "They want you."

"Hello?" I said.

There was a long pause before the person on the other line finally decided to speak, "Is this Nina Dobrev?"

"Yes, it is."

The voice was unfamiliar.

"Well, hello, I'm Serena Parker. Exclusive director and producer of the new movie, Better Together Undercover."

"Oh um hi. Sorry I didn't recognise you at first."

"It's no problem. Your agent had spoken to us a few weeks ago, correct?"

"Yes." I answered, swallowing hard hoping the call would about earning an audition for the movie.

"Well, us as the crew, we're all a fan of you. We understand that you may not be able to come for an audition anytime soon, but we know how beautifully amazing your acting skills are, so you have the part. You got the role of Megan Dales."

I gasped from excitement and said, "Really?! That's amazing! Thank you so much!! I really can't wait to work with you."

"Us too! We heard you're coming to London soon, right?"

"Yes, in a week exactly from now." I answered.

"Perfect. You'll have to stop by our studio. To sign the contract, that is. We can't wait to see you. Of course it is not by force if you don't want it, but if you do it'll be great."

"No, I want it. Thank you so much." I gushed.

"No problem, at all. We'll start filming the end of november until the end of march. We know you're currently shooting your tv series, so for you, from the end of november till the end of december. We'll have to be extra proffesional for that. But we believe in you, we know you can do it. Goodbye now. If you have any other questions, please email us. Your agent has all the contact informations." Serena said before hanging up on me.

I jumped from excitement as soon as I hung up and hugged Ian, "I got the part, Ian! I got the part!"

"What? that's amazing! I'm so proud of you!" He grinned kissing me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, deepening the kiss.

"When are you going to start shooting for the movie? What movie is it by the way?"

"It's called Better Together Undercover, it's romance sort of movie."

"And what about you role? Is it the main or?"

"Well for this movie, I'm sort of a secondary. But there's another book, a spin off for other characters. In the spin off my character is the main." I answered before realising that all of this is real.

The book I've been waiting for so long for it's movie to come out. Now I'm going to be a part of the movie! It's all so exciting!

I made weird noises that included screaming from all the excitement I felt.
