(This is an unedited chapter so expect many grammar and spelling mistakes and errors. Enjoy!)Nina's POV
"Hey, Rebecca woke up." I said looking up from my phone, walking up to Ian who sat peacefully on the couch.
"Hm?"
"Yeah she woke up, Robyn texted me." I told him, taking a seat right next to him. I heard him sigh and watched him run his hand through his hair that was now so messy.
"Do we have to?" He asked. Do we have to? In some way yes, but at the same time we don't have to. We could go only if we want to.
"I don't know, though she is your sister." I said, giving a chuckle to try and lighten the mood.
"Yeah. But I don't feel like going there, not after what happened earlier." He huffed.
I put my hand on his shoulder for support, trying to think of something to say but the only result I got was opening my mouth multiple times, without knowing what to say so I ended up shutting it again.
"They could've told me earlier, when they found out. I feel like we could've done something to help her! I, could've done something to help her.." He trailed off.
"But Ian, remember what we said earlier? Everything happens for a reason! Maybe if she didn't have this sort of cancer, maybe something worse would've happen. I'm sure there are a few good reasons it happened." I said, but I wasn't convinced with my own words but I tried not to show it.
"Yeah.."
"I'm going to go take a shower, tell me later wether you want to go or not." I kissed his cheek before standing up againg.
Halfway to our room he called me again. "Yes?" I replied.
"Nevermind we're not going, but, we're going to Times Square, we'll have our dinner there."
"You serious?" A huge smile was plastered on my face. I didn't feel like going back to the hospital, too, honestly. I would much rather sit at home and do anything, but spending my night with Ian at Times Square would be even much better.
"Yeah, we need to have our own time. And plus, our friends are going to need a few pictures to believe us." He snickered, "hurry up go get ready, before they make me change my mind."
I giggled and walked to the bathroom, grabbing my clothes with me, I took a fast shower and within 30 minutes I was curling the final strand of hair.
I checked on Ian every few minutes and saw that all he did was either use his phone or just sit and get caught up in his own world, I also noticed he changed his clothes.
For the first time in months, I had a very good feeling about tonight! Just thinking about it made me smile.
Just as I was about to set my curly iron down, it accidentally touched my wrist. "Ah! Fuck!" I cursed, dropping the curler on the floor. "You okay baby?" Ian yelled from the other room. "Uh yeah." I replied clutching my wrist tightly.
Damn it!
I unplugged it and threw it on the bed. I heard my phone ring so I skipped over to it and answered it happily, hoping it was Candice. I miss her terribly, of course the rest too, but I've always been closer with Candice more than anyone on set.
"Hey Nina." To my disappointment, it was my agent. "Um hey!"
"Remember how I told you I'd try to give you a break for two weeks then we'd start interviews and auditions again?" "Yes? So can you do that?"
