(I'm one of those people that hate crying in front of people because it makes me feel weak
but I'm learning it's ok to be vulnerable sometimes you don't have to ALWAYS have this wall built up because sometimes you need to vent and talk to someone and that's ok because one day you can get so fed up you'll explode at the wrong person simply because you keep hiding you emotions trying to be strong but you can't be strong all the time sometimes you have to cry and let your emotions out)
