One month.

It's been a month since Dei and Jay have been officialy together. Then bestfriends are now helplessly in love with each other.

The wallflower is now a centerpiece on the heartthrob's life. They were always together then, now they are inseparable.

Dei is excited and nervous at the same time while sitting on the stands of their school's covered gym, waiting for the game to start.

Jay and the rest of the team will be playing against a rival school in a playoff game. Whoever wins this game will play on the semis.

She glanced at Jay on the court having his pregame warmup. She can't help but admire him and his biceps.

Oh boy, look at those babies. She gushed inside her head and felt warm all over. Siguradong pulang-pula na ang mukha niya.

Jay looked back at her, a smug look on his face. Seems like he knows what she is thinking. She thought she blushed some more.

But two can play this game. She gave him a smoldering gaze, winked and blew a kiss his way. She surpressed a laugh when Jay just stood there with his mouth hanging open.

I couldn't stop laughing when Jay was hit by a ball and jerked away. Obviously, he is not used of me being showy of my feelings. She can be sweet to him when they are together but never when there are people around them. Maybe she can do it more often just too see his reaction.

She scanned the gym for signs of her friends. Jane texted her that she'll be late while Tetay and Via were on their way.

I scanned around to see people slowly making their to available seats. Medyo marami ang nanonood ngayon given na playoff game nga at it's Saturday.

I smirked when I saw those girls busy making flirty gestures toward the players. Syempre present din yung mga parating nakaabang kay Jay pagkatapos ng practice.

Sorry girls but that hearthrob's mine. Natawa na lang ako sa naisip ko.

Huy! Napapitlag ako nang magsalita nang malakas sa tabi ko si Jane. Bakit ang ganda ng ngiti natin ha?

Hayaan mo na, inlab lang yan. Sagot naman ni Tetay.

Matagal pa ba start ng game? Buti nakaabot pa kami. Tanong naman ni Via.

Natawa na lang siya rito. They just stopped bantering when the game starts.

It was a close and very physical game. Hindi niya mapigilang tumayo at sumigaw. She even cursed at the player that fouled Jay. She even pointed the foul to the referee that earned her a smile from Jay.

Syempre kinilig naman siya and much to the dismay ng mga fangirls nito.

The game came down the wire. The score is tied at 70 with 25 seconds left in the game. The possession is on Jay's team and they are now executing the play that their coach have drawn the last time out.

Jay inbounded the ball to Jerald to start the play. Then Sam came to set the screen freeing Jerald to pass the ball to Jay with feet set beyond the arc for an open three.

The crowd suddenly silenced just watching the ball. Then the jubilation began when the ball swished in.

Nagtatatalon si Dei sa tuwa nang pumasok yung huling tira ni Jay. Nagyakapan silang magkaibigan habang nagtatawanan.

Her eyes searched for Jay. Andami nang tao sa loob ng court para icongratulate ang team. Pinagkakaguluhan na ito ng mga teammates at coaching staff dahil sa pagkapanalo ng team. She just stood there, amazed and proud of him.

Dei felt a nudged from behind and looked back at Via with a questioning look. She just lip-pointed something on the court. Sinundan niya ng tingin ang itinuro nito.

Then she saw Jay making his way to the stands, looking at her with a wide smile on his face. She smiled back at him and waved.

Puntahan mo na, girl. Go! Sabi ni Jane sa kanya sabay tulak sa kanya para lapitan si Jay.

He stands below where I am standing with his arms extending to get me to him by holding me on the hips to get me down the court. She felt herself blushed with the physical contact.

Congrats, babe! Ang galing nung last shot ah. She gushed at him.

Open lang, babe tsaka inspired. He answered, showing me his bedimpled smile. His hands never leaving my waist.

They just stood there amidst the crowd, staring at each others eyes. Words unspoken but the eyes speak volume.

Her heart is just so full of love for this man. She tipped on her toes and kissed him on his cheek, surprising him.

Congratulations again, babe. And happy first monthsary. She said with eyes beaming.

He finally got out of trance and smiled. He lifts her face by the chin and stared straight to her eyes.

She rather feel than see the desire in his eyes, looking at her lips. She absentmindedly bit her lower lip and stared on his lips too.

She heard him curse softly and before she can react, he reached for her lips and swooped in for a kiss.
