Chapter 19

-An hour later-

Uni's p.o.v

I heard about this really cool rollerblading rink that's on this island. I should ask Cory to go with me. It sounds cool. I looked at pictures of it on the internet and it looks amazing. All I have to do is wait for Cory to come back from his hula lesson with Bri. He'll probably be done in a few minutes actually. I could meet him at the hula lesson building.

I walked overboard  to the front door and left. I locked the door and headed to the Hula lesson place. It wasn't far away. I arrived there but the lesson hadn't ended yet. I decided to watch. I walked over to the fence and looked at the people learning Hula. Actually I was looking at one person in particular,Cory. He looked like he was having fun. I smiled,I'm glad he found something fun to do here. Cory seemed to notice me. He waved at me,adorable. I waved back smiling. The instructor ended the class and Cory ran into the building. Then I saw Cory run around the corner of the building running towards me.

"Hey Uni! What are you doing here?"

"Hey Cory, wanna go to the rollerblading rink?"

"Sure! Right now?"

"If you want to,"

"Okay let's go!" He grabbed my arm and started running. But then he stopped.

"Wait,where is it?" I laughed.

"I'll lead," I said. I walked a little ahead of Cory. He was holding my hand so he didn't lose me in the crowd of people here. Even though I'm pretty sure you can't lose me in a crowd of people easily considering how tall I am. But I think it's more so I don't lose Cory. We arrived outside the rink.

"Wow,"Cory said.

"Cool,right?"I asked looking at him. He looked at me and smiled nodding his head. We walked in and over to the desk where we pay to get our rollerblades and go on the rink.

"Hello,"said a girl. She looked around Ashlie's age. 

"Hello,"I said.

"What do you need?"

"Um,rollerblades please,"Cory said.

"Okay," I told her the sizes we needed. She handed them to us and smiled.

"Hope you have a good date,"she said. My face became very red. I looked over a Cory for a second and his face was also red. We just walked towards the rink.

"What a cute couple," I heard a lady say when we pasted her and her friend. I'm pretty sure Cory didn't hear because his face wasn't red when she said that. We sat on a bench and put on out rollerblades. I stood up and held onto the wall. I helped Cory up and we went on the rink. 

Ashlie's p.o.v

Jon brought us to the rollerblading rink. It was fun. Jon was funny. When he fell he was super dramatic. This was one of the best dates I've ever been on. As me and Jon were skating in one of the corners I saw Uni and Cory getting on the rink. I told Jon and he looked over to them.

"Are they on a date too?"

"Probably,"

"Should we go say hi?"

"No,don't interrupt their date,"

"Okay..." we continued to skate. I made sure they didn't see us. I cant risk them noticing us then possibly missing a romantic moment. Okay I sound really weird. I promise I'm not as weird as you may think. 

Uni's p.o.v

I pushed off the wall and skated around a little bit. I looked over at Cory,he was still on the wall. I skated over to him and took his hands.

"W-What're you doing?" I didn't respond. I led him to the middle of the rink. He looked very worried. I held his hands tighter and spun around. Cory looked at me and smiled. I continued to spin us until I felt a little sick. I stopped spinning and dipped him. He laughed at that. I stood us both up straight and led us to a wall. We held onto it.

"This is fun!" Cory said. I nodded in agreement.

"How are you so good at rollerblading?" Cory asked.

"I don't know really,"

"I guess you're just naturally good at this!"

"I guess," Cory laughed at my response. He rolled closer to me and put his hand on my chest. I looked down at him and was met with his lips on mine. I closed my eyes and kissed back. We broke apart and just stared at each other.

"That was......amazing!"Cory said. I blushed even darker. Cory smiled and hugged me.

"Was this a date?"he asked.

"It could be,"I said.

"Then it is," I smiled at his response. He considered this as a date! 

-1 hour later-

We were finished rollerblading and gave back our rollerblades. We walked out hand in hand. We walked to our cabin and just talked for the rest of the night. Today was amazing...
