Chapter 24

-next afternoon-

Cory's p.o.v

Nick,Tommy,Jon,Dawn and I decided to go to a museum today. We were playing games before but then got bored. Dawn said that the museum is full of stuff they found on the island. Apparently there is also people at some of the objects that tell you about the object. I was kinda excited to learn about this island.

The island seems interesting. Like there would be a lot of cool things that were found here. We payed to get into the museum and were still trying to choose where to go first. We finally just went to a random part of the museum.

As soon as we walked down the hall we saw all the arch ways leading to rooms in the museum. We went into one and saw a lady that works here standing by an object. She looked a litter nervous. She's probably new to this job. We walked over and she look at us. She smiled.

"Hello, I'm Maple and my talking about the blue crystal that was found on this island."

"Hi maple," we all said.

"So the crystal was found when the founders came to this island. The crystal was found on the beach. It's believed that the crystal is from a long time ago and was once part of some sort of object. Nobody has ever found a crystal like this one. We believe that the crystal is the only one of its kind that will ever be found." 

"Wow!" Jon said. We thanked maple and said goodbye. We then went to the next few rooms reading what the description of the item said. There was one object taht was very interesting to read about. It was a broken dagger. The description said that they believe it was from a murder that happened a long time ago or it was from a fight. It was interesting,all the different objects found really makes you wonder why they decided to make it a resort kinda thing. 

Then we made it to another room. This time it was a guy standing by an object. He just finished explaining to a group of girls. The girls thanked him and left. We walked up to him and he smiled.

"Hi, I'm George, and I'll be talking about this crown that was found here."

"Hello George," we said.

"So the crown is thought to belong to a prince that fled here with one of his peasants. The prince loved the peasant and the peasant loved the prince. But the king and queen wouldn't allow it. So the night before his arranged marriage he and the peasant ran to a boat and left with the boat. They think that the prince and peasant arrived here but had forgotten food and water. But the king and queen's guard had found them and brought them back.  But sadly they died. And the prince made sure before he left to leave his crown to say he had been there."

"Cool!" Jon said. We said goodbye and then went to look at other stuff again.

Uni's p.o.v

I was walking around and saw a few posters for the same event. It was about a cosplay thing going on in a week or so. Sounds fun! We should all go together. But what would we cosplay as? I got it! We could cosplay as dead by daylight characters! Maybe. We'll have to discuss our costumes and if we're even going to go. It sounds fun though.

I grabbed one of the posters and rolled it up. I walked around a little more. I wonder what Cory and the guys are doing. I walked back to my hut and just searched through some stuff. Can't wait for this cosplay event! It sounds so cool! Plus I'll still go even if they don't. I continued searching through pictures of people who had cosplayed as characters from dead by daylight for inspiration. This I'll be fun...
