Chapter 31-Cosplay date part.4

Uni's p.o.v

My alarm went off for my turn. I turned it off then looked at Shelby. I the began walking to where her and Cory were. On my way over I passed Shelby. I glared at her as I walked past. Then when I reached Cory I smiled at him. He smiled back.

"Hey Uni, what's up?"

"Nothing much,You?"

"Just finished my third date of today,"

"Sounds like you've had a busy day,"

"Yeah,"

"I have A question,"

"Go ahead,"

'do you wanna go to the anime part of the convention with me?" 

"Sure, as a date?"

"Doesn't matter,"

"Then it is a date," he smiled. I nodded and grabbed his arm. We began walking to the anime part of the convention. I heard that there was a lot of cool stuff going on at the anime section. Like there was a Cafe and other stuff. I heard there is also anime video games we can play. I know Cory isn't that into anime but I think he might still like this. 

Once we reached the place I was left in amazement. This place looked so cool. There were tons of booths like at the other parts. There were also tons of cosplayers. The place had so much anime stuff. It was great. And to make it even better I'm with Cory.

"This place looks cool," Cory said.

"Very," I said still staring at the different things here.

"What should we do first?" Cory asked. I was finally snapped out of my trance. I looked over at Cory and he looked at me.

"Well Maybe we could take pictures or shop or something," I said looking around.

"Pictures sound good," I nodded and we went over to where a bunch of people were getting their pictures with people who were cosplaying. We ended up taking pictures with a bunch of people. Some of the cosplays were tremendously good. It surprised me how much these people could actually look like anime characters.

We spent about thirty minutes taking pictures. Some for us and some for them. Cory and I decided to look for other stuff to do other then take pictures and shop. We decided we wanted to go to the cafe I saw earlier.

We walked into the very pink cafe. The people who were working there were in maid outfits. I then noticed the several cats in here. Must be a cat cafe. Cory and I were standing by the counter waiting for someone to seat us. A cat came over as we waited and started rubbing against Cory's leg. Cory looked at it and picked it up. 

It was an all black cat With long hair. It also had bright yellow eyes. This thing looked adorable. It was a small cat. I could tell it wasn't too old but wasn't young enough to be considered a kitten. The cat began to purr while Cory held it.

"This thing is adorable," Cory said looking at the cat.

"Yeah," I said looking at it too.

"Wanna hold it?"

"Uh Sure," I said. Cory handed me the cat. It looked at me and started rubbing against me. This cat was very loving. Soon a lady in a purple maid outfit came over. She had long brown hair with a purple bow in it.

"Hello," she smiled sweetly.

"Hi," Cory replied.

"Table for two?"

"Yes please," I said. She looked at the cat I was holding.

"I see you've found Felix," she said. So that's the cats name. I nodded and put felix down. She led us over to a light blue table. We sat down and she said someone would be with us soon.

I looked at the menu trying to think of what to get. Cory probably isn't hungry. I'm a little hungry. I haven't really eaten much today. I could order something but I don't want to waste my time with Cory. Dang it! Food or no? I mean it's food and food is great but Cory....I know! I'll ask him!

"Cory, would you mind if I got something to eat?" I asked. He looked up from his menu and looked at me confused.

"Uh no? If you're hungry you should get something," he said still a little confused.

"Okay, thanks," I said looking back at the menu. a lady wearing a blue maid outfit came over. She had long black hair and brown eyes. She took our order and said it should be ready soon then left.

"She seemed nice," I said.

"Yeah," Cory said.

"What do You wanna do after this?" I asked. He thought for a bit then smiled.

"How about shop?"

"Sounds good," I said. soon the lady with black hair came back and gave us our orders. Cory ended up getting ice cream with a bunch of toppings on it. It actually looked pretty good. I got a chocolate cake slice with a bunch of stuff on it. This was probably not the healthiest thing to eat but whatever.

As we ate I remembered I should probably check how much longer I have with Cory. I quickly took out my phone and looked at the time. I only have like an hour left with Cory.

We soon finished eating and I payed. We left the cafe then went to look at what was being sold. There were tons of figures and manga. There were also some other stuff.

I could tell Cory wasn't to interested in this. But he still let me shop. I'd ask him every so often if he was sure he didn't want to do something else. But he kept assuring me that he wanted to do this.

I bought a few figures and other random stuff. Cory and I decided to go the bathroom after o was finished shopping. Which I was.  We needed to fix our make up. But mostly I needed to fix my make up. While on our way there I saw Ashlie. She took my bag of stuff so that I wouldn't have to carry it. I thanked her and we continued our way to the bathroom. 

We got there and did what we needed to do. I fixed my make up and some other parts of my costume. When we got out I saw the other three that already had their dates with Cory. Nick and Shelby smiled at me and tapped the top of their wrists like some people do when they talk about time.

I didn't bother with them. Cory and I walked back to the anime part of the convention. We decided to go play the cool anime games they had. We surprisingly didn't have to wait to play one of the games. It was a one player game which meant either me or Cory couldn't play. I looked at him and he said I could play I thanked him and smiled. 

The game was a little difficult. Cory was sitting beside me. I failed about twenty times trying to win against the boss. I was getting quite upset. I was fighting the boss again. And lost.

"You suck at this!" Cory said. Then he laughed. And because I was already pretty upset I didn't react well to his comment.

"What did you just say?" I said angry. He looked a little confused.

"What did you just say?!" I said louder pushing him a bit. He looked kinda scared. Why was I doing this? 

"Calm down," he said. And for some reason this set me off even more. I stood up and so did he. We began yelling at each other. A bunch of people crowded around us. Then I said something that I really shouldn't have and that's when Cory broke. He began crying. He pushed me to the floor and ran off. He pushed people in the crowd out of the way. And then he continued running away. Soon he was out of my sight.

I laid there on the ground. I pushed myself up a bit and stared at where Cory had run. I was staring in that direction until I heard a female voice shout at me.

"How could you do that to that poor guy?!" The lady yelled angrily. Soon a ton of other people joined in yelling at me for what I did. They began to close in on me. I stood up and pushed through the people crowding me. I then ran towards where Cory ran. I've made an enormous mistake....
